This gem on the beach will knock your flip flops off. We have the WOW factor!
The beautiful SeaScape grounds stretch from BEACH TO BAY. A large heated pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard, and basketball courts are just steps outside of your front door, as well as tiki huts and outdoor grills. You will have free wifi and access to a library on site. There is a trash chute and community storage locker located on each floor as well as having your own private storage locker on the ground floor. This complex offers not only being directly on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico, but also great amenities. Amenities Include: BBQ grills, picnic tables, and a bike rack. On the Bay side you have a community boat dock, community boat slip, a vehicle wash area and storage space for kayaks.
An added bonus in this freshly renovated condo is the adjustable king size bed, with a remote control. Recent upgrades include new tile flooring, raised ceilings, custom built cabinets, custom closet system, crown molding, and your own washer and dryer. The gorgeous kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances, solid counter tops with embedded sea glass and tile backslash. Upgrades are state of the art.
Location, location location. Short drive to the International airport, great restaurants, shopping, and movie theaters.

The location was perfect! We found the people very friendly. The pool was beautiful. The grounds were kept lovely. The owner was very easy to work with, she came over and showed us how to operate the TV. Would highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic condo

This beautiful condo has everything you need for a great vacation. The owner was very accessible and helpful. We loved the location, the beach and the property was well taken care of. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Condo is beautiful ! Totally updated and stocked with upscale amenities. The location is ideal…..walk out directly onto the perfect uncrowded beach ! Elizabeth is delightful, and extremely responsive and helpful.

Beautiful sunsets

It’s a great location and a beautiful condo. Elizabeth and Peter were excellent hosts. The condo has everything you need. All of the appliances are top of the line, we really enjoyed our month on the beach.

Wonderful condo for a relaxing stay at the beach!

The condo was very well equipped. Everything you could possibly need could be found in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The owners were very responsive to any concerns we had. Could not have wished for anything more!!

My husband and I loved Elizabeth's condo. It's beautifully decorated, great view, wonderful complex and stocked well. Communication with Elizabeth was great! She met us as we checked in to show us around the condo and the complex. She has the unit stocked very well. She just said, "replace items when something runs out". We really enjoyed the SeaScape complex. Their renovated community after Ian is beautiful. Just a couple of things to note so you're not surprised. The parking space isn't covered and there is a 75 parking fee payable by check or cash to the HOA. The parking fee was listed on the VRBO site but I didn't see it prior to us checking in. Neither would have made me not book this condo...but I just thought others might want to know. Fortunately while we were there, most residents were not present so lots of empty covered parking spaces. We asked Tyler, the community manager if we could park in a covered spot since it was so hot. He was kind and gave us permission.We've vacationed next door at Dolphin Way several times so we know this beach well! It was nice to be there again since Ian. We love the access directly to the beach. Great shelling down at the point.You won't be disappointed in booking Elizabeth's condo!

Great place!

Elizabeth is an amazing host. Her condo was beautiful. She thought of every detail and made sure that we had enough supplies for the entire month. Everything was very clean and new. If you are looking for a one bedroom in the same area called Seascape go with this one. You will love it! Also, the sunset view was priceless. Thank you Elizabeth and Peter for allowing us to rent your home for the entire month. We will return sometime next year.

Absolutely Incredible!!!

This condo has it all— an amazing beach view, gorgeous decor, and great amenities on the property. The attention to detail truly blew us away! The condo was sparkling clean and has everything you could possibly need, plus more. In addition, Peter and Elizabeth are extremely kind and responsive hosts. We really hope to stay again in the future. This condo is such a gem!
