Enjoy fishing, relaxing, and making memories at this newly designed waterfront vacation home in beautiful Rockport, Texas.

Sunset Cove is a contemporary open concept home that features abundant light that will make this home a family favorite.

The front door opens to the dining room, living room, and spacious kitchen with all the amenities including black stainless steel appliances.

The living area has a 65” flatscreen smart TV, comfortable sofas and chaise lounger. The focal point is the huge picture window which seems to place you outside! Two French doors on both sides make it easy to enter/exit either way to the balcony.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 40" flatscreen smart TV, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. This room has a bay view!
The master bathroom has dual granite sinks and ceramic tile walk-in rain shower with massage jets for your comfort.

The second bedroom has a king size bed, Roku TV, ceiling fan and closet. This room has a bay view!

The third bedroom has 2 queen size beds, 32" Roku TV, desk, ceiling fan, and closet.

The fourth bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds, ceiling fan and closet.

The hall bath has a subway tile bathtub and shower combo and granite sink.

In addition, there is a powder room and laundry room with a full size washer & dryer for your convenience.

Great Family Getaway

This was our second time at Sunset Cove as a family. We love that all 12 of us can fit comfortably in this home. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Great stay

Home was clean and comfortable. Beds were fairly comfortable as well. Master shower was amazing it huge. Views were great. Lots of outdoor space upstairs and down. Close to town for anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and hope to make it an annual family trip.

Great Stay!

Had a fabulous time, the house was lovey and perfect size for our group of 8. Close to town and loved the fishing day or night on our private deck!

A great vacation!!

Very comfortable. The location of the four bedrooms was very nice for privacy, and the guys loved spending time on the pier. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful home, great location and phenomenal views all throughout.

My family both of my sons (Military) were on leave and this was the perfect getaway. Fishing and the weather couldn’t have been better.

Holiday fishing trip

Our family really enjoyed spending time at Sunset Cove. The property is clean and comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood on Copano Bay. We loved having meals on the large deck with great views. Night fishing from the dock was so much fun!

Family Celebrations

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 30th Anniversary and our Granddaughter’s 2nd Birthday as a family! The house was perfect size and very accommodating! We enjoyed fishing with all our Grandkids off of the pier! Thanks for helping us make great memories!!!

Beautiful house!

Absolutely amazing stay here at Deby’s place! We were able to do lots of fishing, no keepers but had so much fun! Beautiful and safe area, felt away enough from town but close enough for a 10 minute drive to stores, town, bars, etc. Wpuld definitely stay here again and recommend to families who need a getaway!

Just Like the Pictures

Beautiful place. This was our 10th annual fishing trip and the house was amazing. Perfect for our group. Location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. Nice big rooms with plenty of space throughout.

Fantastic Unit

Sunset Cove tuned out to be a great place to spent time with our family. It is furnished with many upgrades, and excellent furniture. We did some night fishing off the pier and during the day just relaxed. Great place and location.

Great space

We enjoyed EVERYTHING about this property. The pier, the open concept house, the downstairs area was all great. Would definitely rent this place again! We had a group of 9 and never felt like we were stepping on each others toes.
