Enjoy fishing, relaxing, and making memories at this waterfront vacation home in beautiful Rockport, Texas.

Sunset Cove is a contemporary open concept home that features abundant light that will make this home a family favorite.

The front door opens to the dining room, living room, and spacious kitchen with all the amenities including black stainless steel appliances.

The living area has a 65” flatscreen smart TV, comfortable sofas and chaise lounger. The focal point is the huge picture window which seems to place you outside! Two French doors on both sides make it easy to enter/exit either way to the balcony.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 50”flatscreen smart TV, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. This room has a bay view!
The master bathroom has dual granite sinks and ceramic tile walk-in rain shower with massage jets for your comfort.

The second bedroom has a king size bed, Roku TV, ceiling fan and closet. This room has a bay view!

The third bedroom has 2 queen size beds, 32" Roku TV, desk, ceiling fan, and closet.

The fourth bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds, ceiling fan and closet.

The hall bath has a subway tile bathtub and shower combo and granite sink.

In addition, there is a powder room and laundry room with a full size washer & dryer for your convenience.

Great Stay!

Had a fabulous time, the house was lovey and perfect size for our group of 8. Close to town and loved the fishing day or night on our private deck!

Great Family Getaway

This was our second time at Sunset Cove as a family. We love that all 12 of us can fit comfortably in this home. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Great place

The location was as described. Nice with lots of room and all the amenities needed for a great stay. The grand kids enjoyed fishing on the pier. Great location, close enough to Rockport to access all the stores and bait houses but yet far enough from all the noise.

A great vacation!!

Very comfortable. The location of the four bedrooms was very nice for privacy, and the guys loved spending time on the pier. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful home, great location and phenomenal views all throughout.

My family both of my sons (Military) were on leave and this was the perfect getaway. Fishing and the weather couldn’t have been better.

Perfect family get away! Fishing from the pier, kayaking just off pier where dolphin pass in the morning were just icing on the cake!!

Great stay

Home was clean and comfortable. Beds were fairly comfortable as well. Master shower was amazing it huge. Views were great. Lots of outdoor space upstairs and down. Close to town for anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and hope to make it an annual family trip.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time making memories in Rockport this Thanksgiving. We came together from three locations in Texas and had a blast! Beautiful home!! Extra amenities were a bonus!!

Just Like the Pictures

Beautiful place. This was our 10th annual fishing trip and the house was amazing. Perfect for our group. Location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. Nice big rooms with plenty of space throughout.

Beautiful house!

Absolutely amazing stay here at Deby’s place! We were able to do lots of fishing, no keepers but had so much fun! Beautiful and safe area, felt away enough from town but close enough for a 10 minute drive to stores, town, bars, etc. Wpuld definitely stay here again and recommend to families who need a getaway!

Our family had a great stay and the host was amazing and was very quick to respond with any questions we had. My husband was beyond happy with the fishing and caught plenty of fish. The host thought of everything. We really appreciated the snack tray and bathroom essentials. We will be back

The house was perfect. Spotless, beautiful views and very comfortable.

It was a great experience. The house could not have been better and had beautiful views. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect. Highest ratings!

Sunset Cove = Relaxation

The house is amazingly nice! It has nice huge windows facing the bay so, that you can see the sunset and water perfectly. The owner is very responsive. Great pier for fishing. Our family had no issues and would definitely stay here again.
