We had a mixed review experience. The location is great:). The price is good, if it is for the 3 bedroom, 6 person experience. It turns out that there is an unclear addition to what you understand for renting this property, if more than 2 people are staying. Robbie communicated pretty well though, and I believe we are getting a refund for the extra fees that we didn’t see coming.

Very nice building would book again. The beds are really comfortable and it’s in a nice area. Just a few bugs here and there but overall very clean.

The house was perfect for our stay. We also needed to extend our stay by 2 days and the host happily obliged. The pool was a highlight as well. I definitely would recommend this place!

Stayed here with my girlfriend and two of her friends. The house was a good size, and the rooms were nicely spaced out. Overall, the house was clean, though there wasn't any body wash, soap, or dishwashing sponges provided, so keep that in mind when staying here. There was also a large spider and spiderweb right next to the front door handle that I feel should have been cleaned before our arrival.Another thing worth mentioning is that the listing says there are 3 bedrooms but only shows 2 in the pictures. There are actually 3 bedrooms: one upstairs and two downstairs. The upstairs bedroom also has its own bathroom, which was nice!Other than those minor inconveniences, the house was nice, and we enjoyed our stay!

My son and I came down from nova to visit Carowwinds, and what a blast. The house was so roomy and clean, quiet subdivision, and quick access to many local areas. The host quick to respond as well, and very friendly. We'll be back for sure!

The home was as described, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe and comfortable staying in the area. Due to ice storm we needed to extend our stay an additional 2 days, owner was responsive in a very timely manner. Took the pressure off of having to find other accommodations. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here in the future .

Great location! Beds and couch are all very comfortable! I love the minimal decor as it is clean and simple. Only improvement I would suggest is TVs in bedrooms and an end table in the back bedroom. Unit is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!
