Panoramic gulf views from the floor to ceiling windows along the front and entire west side of this unit offer fabulous views from living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The splendid combination of unparalleled views and stunning renovations complete with new furnishings make this unit a top choice for your vacation getaway! If you want the views of the Gulf and the upgraded coastal feel in your home away from home with updates such as Shiplap accent walls in the Master bedroom, guest room and under the bar area, then look no further. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation haven offers a wide and open floor plan with plenty of room for your group to spread out. The kitchen has new stainless Whirlpool appliances, even a mini beverage center to keep your drinks nice and cold!
The Master bedroom has balcony access, huge windows so you awaken to an incredible view from your King sized bed. Enjoy your own 35" TV and private bath with a custom shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 35" TV. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, twin over full beds and a TV along with access to a private bath with a tub shower combo.
The balcony has 4 high top chairs and a table for dining outside. Enjoy access to the beach front pool, co- ed fitness center with a sauna and steam room and two lighted tennis courts. The pool is heated October through May. Beach service is available. This unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Amazing property and vacation. This unit is huge. We are a family of 6 including 4 teens. Kids are already asking can we squeeze in one more stay this year.Don’t hesitate on this one, just book it!

No regrets! My only suggestion would be for the umbrella people to do a better job at rotating guests to the front row by the water. The owners that stay there get priority by the water and there were many days their chairs remained empty. It sucks sitting second row, looking at empty chairs for days on end knowing you could be up front during the limited time you have there. This is also a fairly strict location, no tents allowed on the beach so if you have young kids, you might consider another place if you’re looking for shade. Everyone around us were allowed tents so having these rules is only going to hurt business. Inside the room, the mattress in the front room was more firm than what I’m used to and my arms kept going numb so I had flip over every so often to keep circulation going. I don’t want to end this on a negative note though, everything else about the place was great. Great location and great for an older crowd. If you do have young kids, the pool seemed to be the place to be, and is very clean, very nice. Any issues I’ve mentioned here could be easily remedied by the owners and I hope they read this and consider making a few changes to make the overall experience not just good but great.

Perfect vacation

The condo is exactly as shown online and in a gated community which adds extra security. The hotel was peaceful and not overly crowded on the beach.

Best Beach Get Away

Great Destin-action!

Truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Beautiful panoramic view from den and primary suite. 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. I king bed in primary, very comfortable and spacious. Queen in second bedroom very comfortable. 3 rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds with full size bottom

Excellent Acommodations!!! Would Highly Recommend!!

The master bedroom and the living room had the best view of the ocean!!! I could sit and look out the windows any time of the year and not be disappointed. The location was perfect. Restaurants and activities within a few minutes from this location. This is my new FAVORITE place to stay!!!

Relaxing

What a wonderful place to spend a week in January. Property was as listed. Great location near Restaurants and shopping. Stayed here 20 years ago and the place looks good. Easy access to the white sandy beach.

Spring Break

We had a beautiful week of weather although the corona virus is starting to change daily life in the Destin area and the United States. Great location on the beach with wonderful views of water! Breakfast on patio was wonderful!

Fantastic place

The place was amazing, beautiful views and enough room for all of us to relax. Kitchen was large for cooking and the dinning room and bar area allowed our family to be together while preparing meals and conversation. Washer and drier were a plus having a 1 year old. We will be renting this place next year.

Loved it!

We loved this condo! Clean, great views, very spacious, and so close to the beach with easy access. It was nice that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. Only complaint is that we ran out of toilet paper, as they only supply one roll per bathroom. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Loved being beach front. Our condo was very spacious and clean. Spent a lot of time on the balcony taking in the views from the emerald coast. The guy at the front desk was awesome!

Long weekend with friends

The spacious condo and the building facilities were very nice. The views and access to the beach were amazing. From the deck, we saw dolphins swimming past several times. The kitchen dishes, utensils and appliances were adequate. Be aware that very limited, if any, consumables are supplied, such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soaps, spices, etc. The place is good for larger groups. We would stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

Most places we’ve stayed never look the same as listing and this one did! It was beautifully decorated and so spacious! Plenty of room for Our group of 7. Location was great. Close To beach(on beach) and activities. The sliding doors didn’t lock. That’s the only thing that really needs fixing. Over all, great place to stay!

Beautiful and roomy condo right on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The place has many updates and is super clean. Loved the easy access to stairs so it's a quick onto the beach/pool and back to the condo. Only downside is to get a front row spot on the beach, you have to rent chairs & umbrella which is $49/day for 2 chairs & 1 umbrella. Otherwise, you have to walk a bit down to a different part of the beach or take a 2nd or 3rd row spot to the ocean.
