But that's not all - the location is also fantastic. You'll be less than 5 minutes from the Equestrian Festival grounds, making it the perfect choice for horse show attendees.
The largest grocery store in town is just a 1-minute drive away, and you'll also be right next door to McGee's bar and restaurant. Sitting on the edge of Spruce Run Golf Course; walk out onto the green, or take a quick 1-minute drive to the East Bay Park public beach. Downtown Traverse City, with all its fun and excitement, is just 10 minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to satisfy your cravings. Plus, Torch Lake is just a short 15-20 minute drive away, and Elk Rapids is only 10 minutes away.

The condo is located next to the Grand Traverse Resort featuring a number of restaurants, shops and a lovely spa. Spa services provide access to the rest of the resort amenities including gym, tennis courts, a pool and hot tubs. You'll also have beach access with some of the best sunset views on the whole bay, you'll find it can be very romantic too. This condo is minutes to the Spruce Run Golf Course, across the road from Meijer superstore, steps from McGees - a great Restaurant & Bar, and less than half a mile from The Shores private beach.

Pool access: This is a wonderful location regardless, however frustrating for all involved; this past year, the Resort that owns the pool put some strict policies in place only allowing guests that book directly through them or use it - even we as owners can't use it. That said, the beach is gorgeous, but they also host weddings there sometimes - however, you can walk along the beach to the left, and it extends to a public beach which is lovely too, and you'll always have access there.

There is one little semi-workaround if you really want a pool; you can book a spa treatment at the Grand Traverse Resort, and you'll receive access to the pool and facilities for the rest of the day. Just request the code to access the pool/locker rooms, and you'll be able to use their indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, etc.

You also already have access to their shops, restaurants, and golf. 😌
