A very good alternative to hotels. House is one block from the beach. The house has 2 units: ground floor and 2nd+3rd floors which are separate from each other. Guests will be able to use ground floor (first floor) of this 3 floor house. Entrance is on the side of the house with a driveway. Second and third floors are separate units/address. Front porch has unobstructed view of the beach. Internet/Wifi is available. Accommodates 2 adults with 2 children. A queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Owner is available locally and can be contacted anytime. Parking included. Walking distance from downtown Jacksonville Beach, Seawalk pavilion and numerous beach bars. Nice place

Nice place, clean and comfortable! Cute decor . Good location 4 beach towels and 2 folding adult chairs, kids chairs and I think umbrella . Keurig and regular coffee pot. Liked having key pad door lock. Wish they had some hard plastic cups for sitting outside . We would just buy disposable for another stay here. Can hear the neighbors upstairs walking but wasn’t bad

Great little place and location

As a construction worker, i noticed several flaws in the workmanship that went into the place, but definitely not a deal breker. We had a great time and its a great little getaway spot.

Location was perfect!! Just a few steps from the beach. This unit was perfect for just the two of us. The only thing that was a little annoying was you could hear the people above us and it sounded like they were constantly walking around. That’s minor compared to location!!

Family wedding celebration

We loved EVERYTHING above this property: perfectly decorated,spacious,relaxing apartment within a quiet neighborhood close to the beautiful beach,family restaurants, parks,and shops. Very comfortable bed,well stocked kitchen, beach supplies available and lovely outdoor space. Highly recommend this vacation apartment!!

The Perfect Getaway

We’ve stayed here twice now. Simple charm, clean, great proximity to the beach and restaurants! Plus they provide beach towels, chairs and an umbrella for you. Don’t hesitant, rent it!

FANTASTIC

Such a great little place….Location was absolutely perfect..grocery store, liquor store only blocks away…being able to park right by the front door omg…so convenient..seeing the ocean from the front room was just awesome….this place is very clean and I would definitely stay again.. I should mention this rental also has an upper floor that’s rented..You can hear the upper tenants walk etc., no biggie..just wanted to mention..

This place has it all!

The perfect location for beach lovers. This apartment was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Rene was incredibly responsive to questions and helpful in acquainting me with the area. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. I loved it so much I booked again for next year!

Perfect location

This was the perfect vacation spot for us. We loved being able to sit on the deck with our morning coffee then walk to the b arch so easily. We didn’t need a thing.

Fun, fresh, comfy, great value

The rental was clean and well-stocked for the needs of two guests. It included all beach needs like chairs, umbrella, and even beach towels and a bag. Bring your own cooler and water bottles for beach. The bed was quite comfortable. The apartment is cleverly decorated with bright colors and a light, casual beach theme. This is an exceptional value for being so close to the ocean.
