SURFING SEA TURTLE, pool, gulf view, short walk to the beach, Golf Cart friendly

Just 2 short blocks to beach and 6 to restaurants. Kitchen/living area on top floor for best ocean views. Large deck for outside dining and a screened porch and Half bath. Down 1 level to King master, Queen guest, (both with walk out decks) and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. 2 full baths and laundry. Downstairs on pool level, picnic table, grilling area (park style charcoal), hot & cold outside shower, fish cleaning station with hot and cold water, and covered parking. This level also has a toilet for convenience. Pool can be heated for a fee when night temp is 60 or above in spring (March, April, May) and fall (September, October, November) months heated to 85. The temp during the winter is normally to cold to heat the pool. Great pool area, you actually have room around the pool to enjoy even if not in the pool. We say 2 short blocks to the beach because the blocks on the island are 8 to 11 homes wide but only 2 deep so it is a short walk. While we do not require trip insurance, we do recommend it. No smoking and No pets. We only allow 6 people (4 adults) and 2 autos on the property at any time. Check in info will be sent to the email address you provided about a week before arrival.
