View and access to ocean was great. Condo was clean and host was very responsive during check in and check out.

Was a nice clean property. Beach was easy to access and even though we went during spring break they made sure to keep it quiet and family friendly.

The beach views were amazing! Everyone was so very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach from the condo. The beds were comfy! We slept very well here.

We had the BEST time at Seabreeze 1 room 205!! We had plenty of space and the view was so beautiful. We also had everything we needed to cook meals! The beach was uncrowded and clean, we just rented from the chair/umbrella vendor so it was a super easy trip back and forth. We will definitely be back!

who answered the call late at night for parking was very understanding and helpful. I will go back during not spring break but definitely for a slow time of the year, great spot.

Fantastic location and view

Very clean, had everything we needed. Excellent water pressure in the shower, I wish I had it at home. Fantastic ocean view and location. We will definitely return

Perfect getaway!

First vacation for the kids to the ocean and it did not disappoint! We were so happy with how clean the property was. Being right on the beach made the view that much better and easy to enjoy the water. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool too. Would definitely come back!

Nice and convenient

We had originally booked for the week of the "deep freeze", allowed us to change our dates. Check in a breeze and condo as advertised.

Great location, easy access to pool and beach

We were very pleased with our recent stay. The condo was easy to access from the parking lot even without using the elevator as it was just a small amount of stairs to get to the door of the condo. Views were amazing. Balcony was great! Beach was super close. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans and kitchen utensils which was nice. Only suggestion is going ahead and bring paper towels and laundry detergent with you as that is not provided. No complaints at all. We will definitely stay here again. Very accommodating!

Condo 205 has the perfect spot because you are close to the pool, parking area and of course like all the other floors : THE AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS! Yes, all of our kitchens are fully equipped so our guest can enjoy their cooking. Our Housekeeping team takes great pride in keeping the condos clean and sanitized. Great Stay

Renting process was easy. Management on property was friendly and helpful. Place was very nice and clean. We had a great time!

Great location

It was a great place to stay. Beach access is right there. Umbrella guy is right there when you get to the beach. Our unit was everything the pictures showed. Would love to come back again!

Lovely Ocean Front Property

The check in process was seamless and our stay was fantastic. It was a great introduction to South Padre Island for my family.

Great spot!

We had such a wonderful time at Seabreeze 1! It was perfect for our family of 4! We have stayed at a few places on the island and this one was our favorite! Will definitely be back!
