Our stay was perfect and the condo more than met our expectations. So many special touches, nice linens, well-stocked beach closet and every kitchen appliance you could want. The beach and sunrise views were amazing! Already looking forward to our next stay!

This stay had everything we needed for our 1st vacation with our toddler. Plenty of beach supplies; the kitchen was well stocked with essentials and baby plates; the furniture was very comfortable; the wifi worked perfectly; and the hosts answered all questions and resolved all issues promptly. The beach was a very short walk - SUPER convenient! We will be booking again next year!

We have rented several different properties in the Sea Vista complex from Mark and Becky Wiese over the last 15 years. The properties are always clean and well maintained, providing everything we need for wonderful week-long vacations with 3 kids. Communications with the host is always easy, prompt, and responsive. Sea Vista is a great location on the southern end of the island with easy walkout beach access and tends to be less crowded because there are no other private properties to the south.

The room was very clean and had quality items to use in the kitchen! The pool was warm and ocean view is perfect. If your lucky you will run into the friendly host around the property

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! We love the beach and view. The place was clean, good location. The host was very responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Highly recommended.

Mark and Becky are fabulous hosts! Their home is lovely, the views are spectacular, and the beds are super comfy. Becky is quick to respond with any questions or issues and they really did make ever effort to make sure my kids and I were happy and comfortable. Highly recommend their property, you won’t regret it. Thank you again for having us and being such gracious hosts.

We loved this condo--the view is amazing--the picture is accurate. We could hear the ocean from the condo.The condo itself is modern and clean; we had no issues with anything. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Wonderful Retreat

We loved staying at this property! The views are spectacular, the condo clean, and accommodations very comfortable. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable space.

This condo is in a fantastic location with private access to the beach! Everything was super clean and we especially loved that there were some coffee pods included, popcorn and great toilet paper too! Definitely recommend!!

Great place!

We've stayed in several of the units at Sea Vista. This one was very nice. It was clean and comfy beds and we loved the black out shades!

This was the second year in a row we stayed here and it is by far our favorite condo to stay in (and we’ve been to many on SPI). Amazing view, immaculately clean and recently updated. We look forward to returning!

Great summer getaway

Our first visit to South Padre Island was fantastic, and this property exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the place was just what we hoped for. The location on the beach offered the perfect blend of convenience and privacy for our family. We especially appreciated the availability of beach accessories. We highly recommend this spot and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Family Visit

We had a great stay with a wonderful view of the beach. The size of the place was perfect size with plenty of amenities. We loved having the pool downstairs for easy access. The location was ideal because of all the restaurants. Also the beach is easy to access. Overall it was ideal for our family of four. I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

It’s the details: the beach toys in the closet, the remote-controlled shades in the master, the huge washer and dryer in the unit, etc. They all made our stay that much more comfortable. We’ve stayed in other Sea Vista units before, but we liked this one the best! It’s a straight shot to the elevator and super easy access to the beach. We had a great trip!

First time in Padre

The property is located a bit off the beaten path so it’s quiet and not too crowded and less condos all around. You can walk to the jetty and we even saw turtles over there. The condo has all the beach essentials you’ll need which is amazing if you have kids, even a wagon! The view is beautiful and Becky is very kind. She even mailed me the Polaroids I forgot on the fridge. Would go back for sure!!

Perfect beach condo

We awoke every morning to the sunrise directly out the floor to ceiling windows. We used the supplied beach towels and chairs and toys to enjoy what seemed like a reserved spot on the beach directly out of the building. We walked over to Mahi Nic's for lunch and took the advice of the included binder to go on a dolphin tour that absolutely rocked. We took the time to drive around to Boca Chica beach and see the rocket factory close up. An absolutely wonderful Spring Break, and we'll definitely be back. Thanks Mark and Becky.
