Located only 1 block from Waikiki Beach, this ocean facing, large corner unit with lanai and extra windows on the 36th floor, has panoramic views of the ocean, beach, pool, and Diamond Head, not to mention the sunrise and sunset views. Breathtaking!

Our condo has been upgraded with bamboo flooring throughout and offers all the comforts desired. The living room is spacious and has just received brand new furniture with a bright and airy tropical touch. Enjoy our Natuzzi Italia queen sofa bed and our two lazy boy chairs along with a 50'' flat panel, digital, HDTV with over 100 channels and a DVD player for your enjoyment. There’s a full sized kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garburator and fully equipped cupboards with a dining area. The kitchen and bathroom have Corian countertops. The bedroom has a queen bed and an additional TV surrounded by ocean views. Also for your convenience, there is 2 doors leading into the bathroom from the bedroom and living room. Included in the price is Wifi and parking, and air conditioning is in the unit. We supply beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys for all your beach needs.

The Waikiki Banyan is a very well maintained and family friendly resort. The recreation deck features a large pool and 2 hot tubs, tennis court, basketball court, picnic/ BBQ area, snack bar, and a children's playground. Also for your convenience is secured covered parking, a convenience store, a specialty coffee cafe and a laundry room just outside your door.
*BUILDING NOTE The entire 6th floor recreation deck including swimming pool, hot tubs, and BBQ area is undergoing a complete renovation and is closed. Estimated opening April 2026.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

I would have given 5 stars, but there was an unfortunate situation where a tropical storm rolled through and water began to blow through the bedroom and kitchen windows. I contacted the on site property manager and she said she sent folks to fix it while we were out, but then it continued to happen. I even sent videos of water coming in and was never compensated or further contacted after that. It was disappointing to feel so stressed on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. If it weren’t for that, the property itself is definitely worth the stay as long as there isn’t any heavy wind and rain happening during your visit.

Communication not good it took 2 emails and several callscto reach them. Yet we staued die to my hospital extension. Instead of returning our call as an emergency. The scenery was great. However there are more in this building by different owners.I left a pair of shoes on the lanai. When we tried to get them they were gone. I was in the hospital so I didnt leave it anywhere.We will never stay there again.When you check in you have to park your car then grab all your bags to the room then you have to come back to the garage and put the parking permit in your car or it will be ticketed..There is a law agaist these people who do short term rentals so they put you through this to maintain their money making ability. Our stay was stressful and they did nothing to answer their phones to help us. Check the building and there are many.

Great place, fab view, excellent location!

Had a wonderful 6 day stay. Place was super clean and tidy, "as advertised." Check in and out was easy, free parking was a huge plus, and the Diamond Head view was amazing. Did have a problem with one of the window blinds but Alyssa the property manager was on it super quickly. All in all would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great accommodation, Great location easy access to Waikīkī beach and many other site seeing attractions. Nice vibe of people! Million dollar view!! Just need to have the shade curtains in bed room fix and can use a new blow dryer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2.

Great stay and amazing views!

Really great neighborhood. Right next to the beach and loads of good food options. The property itself is a great space for 2 and amazing views. The living room is quite spacious! Very clean and has everything you need. Will definitely come back to this particular property whenever we come back to Oahu

We enjoyed our staying at this condominium. The view outside the windows is breathtaking. The location is convenient and walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The free parking makes easier for us to explore places in the island. I would love to stay there again when I come back to Waikīkī.

Awesome!!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was a short walk to the beach, as a matter of fact, it was a short walk to everything…the market, to shopping, to restaurants, to coffee shops, etc. This place was perfect with amazing views and in a great location. Check-in was easy and parking was free, in the attached garage. The condo was cozy, the kitchen was well equipped, and the added bonus was everything you needed for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Il y avait de l'espace pour tout le monde et la cuisine est bien équipée. proche des plages. Un peu loin pour faire les courses cependant si on ne veut pas se ruiner. On voulait louer une voiture mais finalement on a pris le bus et on ne regrette pas on a pu faire des économies.

We love this place

We enjoyed our stay on the 36th floor. The unobstructed view of Diamond Head is spectacular from inside the condo and on the lanai. The condo is clean and quiet; as a bonus, we were able to check in early. Waikiki amenities are only a short walk away. But the nearest beach, Queens Beach, offers a quieter experience than other nearby options.

Amazing views!

We chose this condo for the views it showed online and they did not disappoint! The condo was clean and provided all the standard amenities. It is close to the beach and downtown shopping. We chose the ocean over the on site pool, but the pool and hot tub did look clean and it was a nice option. The check in process was easy and we had good communications with the owner. We would definitely choose this location for staying again.

Throughout the years, we've stayed at quite a few units at the Waikiki Banyan and this unit is by far the best! It's clean, has good furnishings, has everything you'd need during the stay (from bathroom, to kitchen to beach gear). It's obvious the owners care and ensure you have a good stay. It's apparent that they use the unit also and it's not a turn-key where no one cares that old, falling apart furniture is continued to be used. Added bonus is the fantastic view of DH! Mahalo!!!

Awesome stay!

Loved this place! This is a beautiful property with amazing views and great location. The beach is a short walk away with plenty of restaurants and shops. The condo was comfortable, clean, kitchen well equipped and everything you need for the beach. The property manager was responsive and check-in was easy. It was also nice having the washers and dryers close to the room. The parking garage is free and there was never a problem finding a parking space. Pictures don’t do this place justice. I can’t wait to go back!!

Very Nice accommodations with excellent views

We were in town for an Ohana event and stayed here. The accommondations were excellent and had a great view of Diamondhead and was close to the beach. Parking was included which was a plus as it parking is a premium in Waikiki. The check in instructions are easy. The unit was spacious and clean. There was enough room for our child to run around in. There is beach equipment to use so you don't have to buy anything or haul things here from the mainland. This is an excellent choice of accommondations when traveling to Oahu.

Great Condo

During stay, I could easily get support by Shari, Owners. I could not contact with facility agents sometimes. But it is Ok. I want to choose this condo next time as well. It was great condo with nice view.

Great stay

Love this place. The views are amazing and the condo has everything you need! We were able to check on hours early. The place was clean and ready to go. Everyone in the building has been friendly and welcoming. I could absolutely come here again!

Beautiful views and cozy stay near the beach!

This was a perfect stay, the condo had everything we needed. The view is unparalleled and the pictures don’t do it justice. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The home had beach towels and plenty of other beach gear - umbrellas and chairs and boogie boards. The host was responsive and having parking included was a huge bonus! We could easily walk to Waikiki beach in 5-10 mins depending on the spot you want to camp out at. It would be nice if the kitchen had some basics like cooking oil and some spices but not a must. Thanks for a great stay!
