-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Location was great, near wakiki beach. It's a short walk to the beach and near shops and restaurants. Place was clean and I love how they had two coolers and four beach chairs for guest to use. Beds were very comfortable. I loved it. Would recommend you stay here!

Excellent accommodations for a family of 3. The condo unit had a lovely, bohemian beachy vibe. Full kitchen with deep sink, equipped with all the necessary items to cook meals on an electric range or quickly heat up leftovers in the microwave. Sleeping was peaceful, as it was a corner unit not facing the street.The recently renovated recreation area with tennis, basketball court, and swimming pool/hot tub was a pleasant perquisite as well. We liked the outdoor grill and dining area too.Overall, we enjoyed our week-long stay and will happily stay here in the future.

Nice stay at Waikiki Banyan

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice unit, clean. The front door needs to be maintained better, especially for safety reasons. The keypad didn't always work on the first try. The unit itself and the amenities were great. I would stay here again.

Great location close to the beach and lots of food options within walking distance. Nice inside. Parking was easy. There is a shop in the lobby area that has plenty of things if you forgot something. Beach chairs that were provided need to be updated. Straps were broken. 2 bath towels per person would have been a nice perk instead of one per person. The worst part about the property is the elevators, they take forever. There were several times we waited 15 minutes just for one to come that wasn’t already filled up. And long lines form at the lobby for the elevators. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

It was my first time in Hawaii and I went through multiple listings to find a great place to stay. This one couldn’t be anymore perfect for us. It was such an easy check-in and they were very helpful if I had any questions. The room was very pristine and well kept with beach amenities we needed. I loved that everything was walking distance including the beautiful beach of Waikiki. 10/10 would come again

Room was ok. Pictures are a little on the inflated side in terms of how the room actually looked. It was a bit run down and dirty. But what can I say, you get what you pay for. The price point was ok, but the place could have had a few small and low cost items to improve. Such as a 2 pair of tongs or some kitchen scissors. Would also have been nice for management to invest in a 40 Costco beach umbrella. 4 towels for 4 people is a bit cheap. especially since they were small Walmart quality bath towels. We essentially had to do laundry (8) every day to have a clean towel.

Very nice but not a five star!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all this was a very nice unit for a rental. The location and parking were great. Everything functioned in the unit. For a unit designed for four people there should have been four beach chairs and four sets of towels. In addition, with the new grilling stations available, providing grilling tools would be ideal. There were several missing pieces of flatware (there was only one spoon!!). My biggest complaint was cleanliness. The lights above the bar were filthy with grease and caked on dust. The skillets had burnt on food residue. The bed linens were old and stained which is a major turn-off! When you see this lack of attention to the obvious things, you know that the rest is equally dirty. Perhaps my level of expectation is too high? I am sure that the owners are not aware of the level of attention that the managing company is paying in-between guests. I would recommend this unit but bring your own cleaning supplies!

Coming home to stained linens and pans that weren't properly cleaned is disappointing in any rental, and it's not what we want any guest to walk into, so we've taken every item you mentioned straight to our housekeeping team for a full reset of that unit. We're also restocking the beach chairs, towels, and flatware to match the occupancy, and looking into grill tools now that the stations are available. When I booked this property I had an issue with my card accepting the payment. The customer service rep was rude. That was my first issue. I complained about the rudeness, and we were able to work through the process. Upon arrival, check in was easy. This unit is small but nice. Surrounded by everything. We had issues with the air. We light incense to pray and also to cover up the light mildew scent and someone(worker that came to check out the air)accused us of smoking when her concern should have been the air. The guy that fixed the air had to vouch that it was only incense. It was ok but the drama was unnecessary. I would have given a 5 star if there was less drama. I’m on the fence about staying again. Hawaii was beautiful and this place has lots of potential.

A Wonderful Unit and Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean, beautiful and very comfortable. I love how easy and relaxing it is to check in with the door code.

Would stay again!

Loved this property! Having a gathering area and kitchen was definitely a plus. Basic necessities were provided. Soft, comfy beds. Would stay again!
