Recreation renovation to begin 4/7/25 with all recreation deck amenities closed including pool, hot tubs, playground, and BBQ areas. Restroom and sauna to remain open. Project length 10-14 months. Conveniently located one block from WAIKIKI BEACH, this NON-SMOKING unit is close to a variety of activities including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Surfing and other water activities. Relax on the incredible recreation deck offering heated pool, two hot tubs, and BBQ grills. Enjoy cooking in your fully appointed kitchen! The open air lobby offers a coffee shop, convenience store, and beautiful local art. Located on each floor are coin or app operated laundry facilities.
On the 16th floor in Tower 2 with an OCEAN VIEW, this unit features granite kitchen counter tops and is appointed with a full size sleeper sofa and fully stocked full sized kitchen. The bedroom offers a queen sized bed. Included in the unit is also a flat screen TV with cable, and FREE Wi-Fi internet. The FREE PARKING saves $45/day! Height limit on parking garage is 6 feet. High profile trucks and SUVs will not be able to enter garage due to height limit. Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am. Early check in or late checkout may be available and must be inquired about at time of reservation.

***Parking garage limit is 6ft. Cars greater than 6ft high will not be allowed to enter garage.

Great value at Waikiki banyan and pictures show everything as advertised. My only advice is for the host to get new bar stools. Other than that it’s awesome as it’s the second time we stayed there

Furniture was outdated, and the kitchen cabinet drawers did not slide smoothly. Nothing fancy, but overall it was clean and good for the price.

Location was very convenient with close access to the beach and local establishments. The room itself was located right off the elevator which was very convenient (location didn't result in any unwanted noise). The balcony had views to the ocean and Diamond Head with ocean breezes available at that height. The only issue we had was we wish the curtains were thicker in order to block out the light from neighboring buidings.

Would give 6 stars if I could

First time using vrbo so I was hesitant. But the property was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the recreation items and the host of kitchen supplies available to use. The beach and all the shops were within walking distance. I simply have no complaints. The host responded to text within minutes. I rarely travel anywhere twice but If I returned, I'd try to rent this location again.

Great stay for our family of 4

Location just can’t be beat. Condo is as described. You get a partial ocean view along with overseeing the pool and bbq area below. We all had a great time staying there.

Great place!

Definitely the condo you want to rent if you plan on having a car during your stay in Waikiki. Easy parking for exploring the island, and yet everything is within easy walking distance of Waikiki beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again.
