Conveniently located one block from WAIKIKI BEACH, this NON-SMOKING unit is close to a variety of activities including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Surfing and other water activities. Relax on the incredible recreation deck offering heated pool, two hot tubs, and BBQ grills. Enjoy cooking in your fully appointed kitchen! The open air lobby offers a coffee shop, convenience store, and beautiful local art. Located on each floor are coin or app operated laundry facilities.
On the 16th floor in Tower 2 with an OCEAN VIEW, this unit features granite kitchen counter tops and is appointed with a full size sleeper sofa and fully stocked full sized kitchen. The bedroom offers a queen sized bed. Included in the unit is also a flat screen TV with cable, and FREE Wi-Fi internet. The FREE PARKING saves $45/day! Height limit on parking garage is 6 feet. High profile trucks and SUVs will not be able to enter garage due to height limit. Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am. Early check in or late checkout may be available and must be inquired about at time of reservation.

***Parking garage limit is 6ft. Cars greater than 6ft high will not be allowed to enter garage.

Furniture was outdated, and the kitchen cabinet drawers did not slide smoothly. Nothing fancy, but overall it was clean and good for the price.

Excellent host and great location! Easy check in and check out process with a great host

Our stay was amazing. Staff at the building where great with pool and hot tub easily accessible. Our host was the best. Very irresponsible to emails and text messages. Check in and check out process was very easy and will likely stay again at this place.

Close to everything

Very nice property that’s close to everything we needed! Would have been nice to know the spa was closed for annual maintenance but luckily we got there just in time for the pool to reopen. Overall a very nice stay!

The location of the unit was great. You are in the heart of everything Waikīkī. Beautiful view of the ocean. The actual unit wasn’t the best. The unit was not cleaned well. We found garbage in the bedroom drawers, the floors had dirt and sand all over them, the furniture was worn…bar stools were peeling, and the couch & chair had stains on them. There was no tv in the bedroom, and the air conditioner wasn’t strong enough to cool down the bedroom.

Excellent as Expected

We stayed 11 days for a family vacation. All was pretty much as expected. Great location. Bed was comfortable. Internet, TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, Faucets, etc. worked well. Furniture is a little aged - but comfortable. Host was very responsive when I had a question. I would stay here again.

Great place and had a wonderful time. Clean and good communication. Would definitely stay again. Would have liked liquid hand soap in kitchen and bathroom. Also it would be nice to have a place in shower to put your soap - may be a shower caddy over the shower head. Also needs a few cubes with USB ports. But this would not deter me from staying again.

Great bang for your buck

Monique was very responsive and communicative. Room was comfortable and clean and we really enjoyed the view and beach supplies. It was wonderful being able to walk to downtown Waikiki and the beach every day. Having free parking included with our stay was great and a rarity on the island of Hawaii. My only suggestion is to fix the shower ("hot" was actually cold and "cold" was actually hot and the nozzle didn't stay upright) and maybe add black-out curtains. Fortunately we were tired enough at the end of each day that the light from the buildings didn't keep us up. I recommend staying here for easy access to the beach, free parking and a great price.

We had an excellent time . . . And everything was nearby, which was very handy because we only had five days.I’m not sure if the host can do anything about this, but the only negative was the loud air conditioner.I had no issues, but my partner had trouble sleeping because it was so loud.

Everything was terrific! We really enjoyed the included parking. We were able to find an open spot every time we arrived. Easy walk to waikiki but also an easy way out of town to explore the rest of the island! Communication was also great and the responses were always prompt.The only downside was that the curtains were not blackout and the city is very bright all night! We had eye masks and used them. Highly recommend!

Cannot beat this property for beach access at this price. Clean rooms and very responsive host. Very walkable access to shops, restaurants and hikes along the beach day and night. We loved it here.

Location was very convenient with close access to the beach and local establishments. The room itself was located right off the elevator which was very convenient (location didn't result in any unwanted noise). The balcony had views to the ocean and Diamond Head with ocean breezes available at that height. The only issue we had was we wish the curtains were thicker in order to block out the light from neighboring buidings.

The convenience of the Waikiki Banyan to the beach has been the main motivation for purchasing this property. The amenities offered are unique to the neighborhood and being steps from the beach were important to us.
