Recreation renovation to begin 4/7/25 with all recreation deck amenities closed including pool, hot tubs, playground, and BBQ areas. Restroom and sauna to remain open. Project length 10-14 months. 1 BR apartment, sleeps 4, FREE PARKING, FREE WIFI, NO RESORT FEES. Conveniently located one block from WAIKIKI BEACH, this NON-SMOKING unit is close to a variety of activities including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Surfing and other water activities. Relax on the incredible recreation deck offering heated pool, two hot tubs, and BBQ grills. Enjoy cooking in your fully appointed kitchen! The open air lobby offers a coffee shop, convenience store, and beautiful local art. Located on each floor are coin or app operated laundry facilities.
On the 16th floor in Tower 2 with an OCEAN VIEW, this unit features granite kitchen counter tops and is appointed with a full size sleeper sofa and fully stocked full sized kitchen. The bedroom offers a queen sized bed. Included in the unit is also a flat screen TV with cable, and FREE Wi-Fi internet. The FREE PARKING saves $45/day! Height limit on parking garage is 6 feet. High profile trucks and SUVs will not be able to enter garage due to height limit. Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am. Early check in or late checkout may be available and must be inquired about at time of reservation.

***Elevator upgrades in the Waikiki Banyan are starting 4/22/2024. This will affect all units in both towers. 3 of 4 elevators to remain in operation. Expected completion is June of 2025. Current rates are discounted due to this renovation.

***Parking garage limit is 6ft. Cars greater than 6ft high will not be allowed to enter garage.

Excellent as Expected

We stayed 11 days for a family vacation. All was pretty much as expected. Great location. Bed was comfortable. Internet, TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, Faucets, etc. worked well. Furniture is a little aged - but comfortable. Host was very responsive when I had a question. I would stay here again.

Banyon Waikiki

This unit needs updating as does the bathroom and kitchen cabinets. The living room furniture and bar stools were worn and not comfortable.

Great Place To Stay !!

First and most important - Monique is so AWESOME to communicate with !! Responses were very quick ! The condo is perfect for two to relax every evening and the self prepared breakfasts were great - included fried Soam ! This is a great location for access to main streets and easy walking to beach and shopping areas ! There is so much positive to this location - very clean and everything you need is provided! Monique’s kindness alone is a reason to return to this property and we will !! Thank you so very much !!

Great Location, Comfortable Condo

I stayed in this property for four nights. Even though the condo is located just across from the elevator, I never had any issue with noise. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full size refrigerator. The only negative is the size of the building which can sometimes result in somewhat long waits for elevators, but most of the time it wasn't a problem. I would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. Staff at the building where great with pool and hot tub easily accessible. Our host was the best. Very irresponsible to emails and text messages. Check in and check out process was very easy and will likely stay again at this place.

Location just can’t be beat. Condo is as described. You get a partial ocean view along with overseeing the pool and bbq area below. We all had a great time staying there.

We were pleasantly surprised with the location of the condo, it is perfect walking distance to the beach and all the best shops in Waikīkī the only thing is we could not find hot pads for taking things out of the oven but we improvised. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us we loved it

Waikiki Vacation

This condo was the perfect location to walk to the beach, the store, anything you needed. It was clean and we saved so mich money by cooking in the kitchen vs going out to eat. My only suggestion would be to have oven mits or pot holders, foil and ziplock baggies. When I did make food, I had to store them in pots and pans covered with lids in the fridge and used a washcloth to grab things out of the oven. Wasn't a big deal as I improvised but would be a good addition. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much Monique!

Nice stay

First off, this is an old property so you should not expect brand new. The host was great. She kept in constant communication with us and made accommodations to fit our trip. Check in was super easy. We did have a learning curve on the 1st night with the door, given we had been traveling all night and arrived at nearly 10pm. So we were pretty exhausted by then. Room was clean and comfortable. We didnt use many things that were offered in the rental. But the host does have what you need to enjoy the beach which is great. There was quite a bit of construction going on and that may have been the reason for the water pressure/temperature issues we had. The elevators are a mess during check out time. You may need to go up before going down. We got smart on our check out day and took our bags down early in the morning so we didnt have to worry about trying to fit in the elevator. Parking is tight but there is ample parking available. FYI...google maps will always take you to the front of the hotel. But the parking entrance is off Kuhio st. With one way streets everywhere, you may be going in circles till you learn your way around.

Waikiki Banyan

Nice location - close to beach, Kapi'olani park and Ala Wai. Very comfortable. Nice to have access to beach chairs, small cooler and masks. Plenty of towels. Older cabinets - a few a little funky. Chair and couch could use an upgrade. But overall really great place for an extended stay in Honolulu. Free parking is a terrific bonus.

Wonderful Little Apartment

We loved the view and location. Lots of windows which was awesome! A nice little lanai to relax. We would stay again! My only complaint is the bathroom could have been cleaner. We also found an outlet which had been damaged and the pieces still left on the floor. I messaged the manager right away and she got right back to me, which I really appreciated! Thank you!

Great condo and location

Very clean, great location, only one block from beach, and view of Diamond Head. Parking is convenient and adequate as well. Only issue was one of the four elevators was out of service our entire 5 day stay, making elevator wait times long and crowded.

Convenient Location & Free Parking!

As a first time visitor to Oahu, I found the location was convenient to all of the places we visited on the island (from the city to the North Shore). The city of Honolulu is crowded (especially Waikiki), traffic is busy and parking anywhere was a challenge, except when we arrived home each day. It was great being able to pull into the Banyan's garage and not worry about finding a parking spot. The apartment was exceptionally clean and fully stocked for all our needs. Only one drawback, the A/C stopped working 2 full days before we left. Maintenance checked it out quickly, and it probably needed replacement before the next guests check in. Overall, our stay was excellent and very much enjoyable.

excellent location

The property including the unit are a bit dated. The couch was well past its prime , the arms were worn and not clean. Directions for the tv would have been nice. The location was excellent , pool and spa ok ! Access to the beach was awesome. The view was really cool.

Great place, the place only had one mug and the gauge on the air conditioner unit did not fully work. I contacted the manager and was told to use the remote for the ac and that mugs would be provided that day. Once we found the remote for the ac, it worked well. Someone brought us mugs within hours. Very responsive. Place was clean and bathroom was newer.
