Conveniently located one block from WAIKIKI BEACH, this NON-SMOKING unit is close to a variety of activities including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Surfing and other water activities. Enjoy cooking in your fully appointed kitchen! The open air lobby offers a coffee shop, convenience store, and beautiful local art. Located on each floor are coin or app operated laundry facilities.
On the 16th floor in Tower 2 with an OCEAN VIEW, this unit features granite kitchen counter tops and is appointed with a full size sleeper sofa and fully stocked full sized kitchen. The bedroom offers a queen sized bed. Included in the unit is also a flat screen TV with cable, and FREE Wi-Fi internet. The FREE PARKING saves $50/day! Height limit on parking garage is 6 feet. High profile trucks and SUVs will not be able to enter garage due to height limit. Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am. Early check in or late checkout may be available and must be inquired about at time of reservation.

The apartment was well appointed, the bed and during both comfortable. Having the full kitchen and parking was awesome; everything in walking distance, view was lovely. Monique was great at communicating prior to check in, during and at check out.

The location was great the only issue is there is no ac in the bedroom which gets warm. The owner is great at communication so she sent over a fan for the room which helped.

Unit was just off the beach, easy walking to EVERYTHING. First visit to HI and found we were in a great location. Beach view from the lanai. Parking garage included, nothing super tall in garage but jeep wranglers, rav4, etc type vehicles fit with ease. Monique was very accommodating and replied back to us, even at midnight on our check in day.

Cannot beat this property for beach access at this price. Clean rooms and very responsive host. Very walkable access to shops, restaurants and hikes along the beach day and night. We loved it here.

The condo was ideal for our family of four. It was clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. Monique went above and beyond by providing additional amenities for a beach day, including chairs, an umbrella, two coolers, and beach towels. Proximity to the beach was ideal. It was a 5 minute walk to a kid-friendly beach and minutes away from the main strip of Waikiki. We also appreciated the availability of a playpen and stroller, which were especially convenient for our toddler. The included parking was a big plus since street parking is not great. Overall, we loved our stay at Waikiki Banyan.
