This five bedroom, oceanfront home is located in the Bird's Nest on the south end of Pawley’s Island and is perfect for your next family vacation. Two stories featuring one bedroom on the main floor and four bedrooms on the top floor. The scenic ocean front views are sure to take you away. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances (including TWO refrigerators) as well as a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, toaster and an air fryer. The family room has all new furniture and a new 70” TV for family movies! Swivel chairs are great for relaxing in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoying the wonderful view. The dining table easily seats 12 with a second table that will seat an additional 4. Bed and bath linens are supplied for your occupancy. New high speed WiFi, new wash tower for your laundry needs, cable TV in the living room and two bedrooms, and central HVAC. Ground floor bedroom features a CalKing bed and a bathroom. The second floor bedrooms consist of two rooms with a CalKing bed (one of which is a master suite with a dedicated bathroom), one room with a queen and full/twin bunkbed, and one room with two queens. Home features both style coffee makers. The traditional coffee maker takes a #4 cone filter, owner provides starter supplies for each guest stay.

This home has a Kuerig and a traditional drip coffee pot.

Best view on the Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not only did this home have spectacular views of the Ocean it was literally the closest to the shore we've ever been! Absolutely beautiful! The home was well equipped-kitchen lacked for nothing, had 2 refrigerators and the bounty of space for a family was unbeatable. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean and modern. Large windows with plenty of ocean views from anywhere in the home. Parking under home was enough for over 4 vehicles and a golf cart! I have nothing but positive things to say. Also balconies and porches on front and back for relaxing and people watching. We were close to everything- groceries, shopping, fishing, site seeing. We made some happy family memories and can't wait to visit again! ❤️

Nice home right on the beach. No gas grill, just charcoal, needed cleaning though we did not use anyway. Everything else was great, we would rent again.

Fun in the surf!

This was our first trip to Pawleys Island. Our family had a great time staying at Forehands. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We already put down a deposit for next year.

Excellent stay

The property is incredible. Updated, clean, and tons of room. Went with a group of 10 guys and had zero complaints. Would 100% come back!

Beautiful property, direct beach access, kitchen super well stocked with dishes, cooking and meal prep accessories. Beautiful decor, quality and tasteful. Everything was very clean. We loved our stay and highly recommend! FYI beach towels not provided.

Great house for 8-12 people!

This was our first year renting an oceanfront house and it was well worth it. The house was plenty big enough for all 8 of us and very clean and modern. I guess the only drawback was, that it was right beside the public access to the beach, so there was some foot traffic and people set up right beside us a few times. Other than that, a totally positive experience!!
