This well-appointed 3800 sq. ft. home with 4 main suites is situated perfectly within the popular Sunriver community. A short distance to the Deschutes River, Fort Rock Park, the SHARC waterpark, Sunriver Resort, and the Sunriver Village. Enjoy a visit to the horse stables and Deschutes River Sunriver Marina which includes a boat launch and park. Soak in the hot tub, BBQ on the back deck, play ping-pong or foosball in the garage, play hoop in the driveway, rent and ride bikes all over the Sunriver bike paths and trails, or use the 12 SHARC passes ~ you’re sure to enjoy your stay! SHARC passes include access to indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities, Tubing Hill, and Disc Golf. https://www.sunriversharc.com/admission

17 Duck Pond is a 2-story home with the kitchen, dining area, living room, breakfast nook, and 2 main suites located upstairs. Downstairs are 2 additional main suites (one main bathroom has access from the hall), a bunk bedroom, and a family room. The family room has a TV, games, and access to the brand new hot tub and propane BBQ. A portable crib and portable highchair are in the home for families with small children. Eight adult bikes are available for cruising the Sunriver bike paths. Covered and uncovered balconies and decks surround this home for fantastic indoor/outdoor living.

The Aquatic and Fitness Center, also known as SHARC, features an indoor and outdoor pool, lazy river, water slides, sledding hills (varying grades) and more. The home includes "Unlimited-use" SHARC passes for 12 guests. The passes give access to the SHARC (indoor and outdoor pools), Sunriver Owners Tennis Courts and the new Sunriver Owners Marina.

Sunriver is Central Oregon’s recreational paradise, where you can enjoy golfing, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snow-mobiling, cross-country skiing, sledding, horseback riding, hiking, fly fishing, tennis, swimming at two pools, water rafting, canoeing, kayaking on dozens of streams and rivers, mountain and road biking on unlimited paths and trails, water skiing, boating and sailing on many of the lakes within the Cascade Lakes recreational areas.

Great Stay at Duck Pond

We stayed three nights with a large group and the house was great. It was very well appointed and is a beautiful house on a quiet street. I would definitely stay there again.

Pole peddle paddle

This was the perfect place for our crew. Ping pong, Foosball, basketball, and hot tub! Every bedroom felt private and roomy. Loved the huge dining room table for family dinner!

Fam'ily sunriver trip

We had a wonderful time. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't as warm as we hoped but we worked around it. The house was beautiful and roomy. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom and we had room to spread out. I will definitely recommend it to others.

Lovely Home

What a lovely home! It was big and spacious and perfect size of bedrooms and bathrooms for my family. I highly recommend this home for any large group looking for a place to stay. While there is no air conditioning in the home, the house stays very cool and there are several fans on the property.

Great home for a group

We were only 6 people and the house was very comfortable for our small group. We could have had several more people stay without feeling crowded. The house is well maintained and stocked. There is so much to do here alone that one doesn't have to go anywhere else (plenty of bikes, foosball, ping pong, jacuzzi). Beds were comfy. Would definitely rent again.

Such a great house! We were two families with 6 kiddos and this home was incredibly spacious. I say "home" because that is exactly how it felt. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need for cooking meals, as were the bathrooms with soap, shampoo, etc..., and the laundry room with detergent and cleaning supplies. We were very impressed with the comfort and organization of this home.Communication with Bridgette was easy and she was very responsive- even on weekends. The only drawback is having to report damages you see upon arrival. It's impossible to see everything during your first walkthrough on the first night. And there were some things we didn't notice until the last day of our trip- the chip on the microwave plate for example.... small things that don't alter the stay, but still there. That being said, I can understand the reason for the policy.... Hopefully, though, there is some grace there.We will definitely be booking here again.

Perfect home for large family gathering

This home was perfect for 3 generations and 11 people. There was a lot of very usable space. The kitchen was well equipped. The decks and extra tables made it easy to have meals outside. Bridget responded quickly when there were small issues and was quick to get them fixed. The location was perfect. The house is on a quiet street. Plenty of parking on the driveway with room for the kids to play basketball or bike. It was a short bike ride to the SHARC (passes included) and the village. The cruiser bikes and kid trailer made it easy to take advantage of all of the activities.

Fantastic home for family vacation

We stay in vacation rentals several times a year and this house is one of the best yet. Our family contingent of six adults and five children aged 4-15 had more than enough room to spread out with everyone having their own rooms and bathrooms. Manager Bridgette was exceedingly easy to work with and quick to respond with the minor questions we had. Kitchen was adequately supplied and house was equipped with comfortable furniture and good wifi. No air conditioning is not an issue as we dealt with 96 degree heat by opening windows at night and closing them in the morning. The house was actually cold in the mornings and stayed cool all day as long as it was closed up. The 8 bikes and SHARC passes were topping on the trip. The home is designed and large enough for everyone to have space and privacy when desired. Definitely would stay again.

Great House For Large Groups

Large home in a great location. Near the river, easy access to all Sun River's amenities without being crowded in. Plenty of room for all, even when we were in the same space. Not an updated property but very comfortable, and good reports on all the beds. Nice to have use of the SHARC passes, ping-pong and foosball tables in the garage, hot tub, toddler books and toys, and the cruisers for town and park visits. Note - It has a fireplace connecting the kitchen/dining with the living room, which is probably awesome in the winter. It was hot (80's) and I was nervous about no air conditioning, but opening up the windows at night cooled the whole place down for the next day. Nice to have fresh air coming in as well. We wouldn't have used AC if it was available. One funky thing - to get to the downstairs primary bedroom, you have to go through the bunk bedroom. Since there were adults in these rooms, it was a bit awkward, however there is an exit to outside from the primary, so those early risers could go outside and around without disturbing the bunkers. Overall, this was a great house and made it easy to spend time with family!

Check-in was super easy and communication was responsive. We had no issues with the house. Clean, lots of good quality beds, would have liked pillows that weren’t so flat but hey, that’s a small issue overall. The rec cards were a nice added bonus though they did not include the fitness center which was disappointing. Super pleased w the home and process.

Great house for a family reunion of 3 generations. So many extras we dont usually find in a rental. Fully equipped kitchen including blender and crockpot. Even a bike trailer for our Littles. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious House in Beautiful Sunriver

We loved this house! It had plenty of room for three families (12 people total), with lots of fun activities like the hot tub, table tennis, fooseball, and bikes. The bike trailer was especially helpful for the youngest child.

another great stay!

we have started in this house several times. It was super for our 3 generation gathering prior to Christmas. Everyone loved all of the Christmas decorations and tree. They made us get it the holiday spirit. Kitchen is easy to cook in. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Easy access to the mountain for skiing.

Great house for the entire family

What a great place to spend thanksgiving week for the our whole family. We each had our own rooms with bathrooms. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed to make a great thanksgiving dinner. Host was very responsive. We had a great time riding bikes along the river, swimming at the pool, and watching football.

Family Summer Vacation at Sunriver

House was great and came stocked with bicycles for everyone. The bicycles made everything at Sunriver accessible and fun. Shark passes to the water park were great. So much to do at Sunriver hope to be back!

Second stay in this great house

Perfect stay for three generations of family members. About a 20 min bike ride (cruiser bikes are available)to the Sharc (don't forget your included passes!) and a 10 bike ride to Fort Rock with a playground and tennis/pickle ball courts. We stayed at the house during a hot spell, but there were plenty of fans to cool the house down in the evening. Two decks worked great for eating and relaxing.The kitchen was well stocked and the BBQ worked perfectly for cooking for the entire group. Loved the stay!

Annual SR Trip

We stay at SR every year between Christmas and New Years, so we have stayed at a lot of different places. This house was great for our large group (9 adults). The only comments would be the third bedroom with a king-size bed is oddly located where you have to go through the bunk room to get there so we put all the adult kids in that area of the house. The beds were all very soft and could probably benefit from being flipped or rotated. The shower in the upstairs master didn't work well - BUT I mentioned it to Brittany and told her we didn't need it fixed for our stay. She was EXTREMELY responsive. The house had everything we needed and it was a nice walk to the Village. We appreciated the bikes, which the kids were able to ride around since there wasn't any snow. Overall, it was great for us.

Christmas 2023

Our family had an amazing trip to Sunriver for Christmas. The house at 17 Duck Pond Lane was large enough to easily accommodate us, our kids and their families. The well stocked kitchen made big family meals easy. A great location that was a quick walk to fort rock park.
