Large Great Room-3 Master Suites-Hot Tub-Backs up to the Forest-Pet Friendly
WELCOME to our wonderful home in Sunriver. Located on Maury Mtn Lane, just around the corner from one of our other home.
** This home is now Pet Friendly **
This executive 5 bdrm, 4 ½ bath (3 master suites) home has room for everyone and then some. We back up to the forest so no neighbors behind us except for the deer and elk. The upper deck wraps around 3 sides of the home, plus there is a lower, partially covered deck along with our signature chair lift swing. There is a hot tub on the upper deck along with enough seating for everyone and a gas bbq.
The home features a reverse living floor plan with a great room concept. The main floor upstairs has the great room, along with the kitchen, powder room & master suite which has a king bed and supports a heated tile floor. There is also a 42” flat screen TV in the master. The kitchen has been totally remodeled with stainless appliances and granite counters. The great room has a wood stove for those chilly winter nights with all the firewood you need. There is also a large screen HD TV, Blu-Ray and a stereo. For those hot summer days we have central air conditioning.
On the lower level, there are the 4 other bedrooms which 2 of them are master suites. One with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. In bedroom 4 there is a set of twin bunk beds and in bedroom 5 there is a set of twin bunks along with 2 other twin beds. These two bedrooms (bdrm 4 and bdrm 5) share a bathroom with access off of both bedrooms. The 5th bedroom is the kids room which has a TV. The laundry area is also on this level along with a full 2nd set of washer and dryer in the garage. There is a double garage which has a ping pong table and foosball table and a TV for the kids. There is also a horse shoe pit in the back yard. We have 8 bikes (6 adult cruiser bikes & two adult mtn bikes) and a tandem bike along with a Burley trailer, to explore the 35 miles of bike trails & the new paved trail to Benham Falls.
***We have 12 Unlimited SHARC Passes included in your stay. This saves hundreds of dollars with these unlimited use passes! These passes give you access to the SHARC aquatic pools, tubing hill, tennis courts and the Sunriver owners boat launch.

This is our second stay at Clark and Bridget's property. We love everything about this property. The kitchen is well supplied and the appliances are wonderful. The fact that it is on the border of the forest is wonderful; we had lovely walks into the woods. The home is well-designed and perfect for a larger family. We will return again!!!

Our family loved this house. It's perfect for a family vacation. We had a family reunion in Sunriver, and the house comfortably slept all 12 of us: 6 adults and 6 children, ages 3 1/2 to 16. There were plenty of bikes for everyone, along with the ping pong and foosball tables in the garage. The Sharc passes were a great addition as well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, and lots of games are in the closet. I highly recommended this house for a great Sunriver family vacation.

Communication with the owners was amazing!

Great house for a group!
We absolutely loved the location of this house, the open living area, and the well stocked kitchen!! Really great for our big group with lots of kids :) We will for sure be back!

Great place for families
We had a wonderful week here the house is nice and close to all the things that Sunriver has to offer. Being backed up to the forest made it more secluded it was great for enjoying family time on the deck. Each of my adult children loved the place it was a memorable time and great place to vacation.

Great place for big group
We had a great time! This place was perfect with multiple bathrooms for our large group. All the amenities you need! Fun game room and access to the pool.

Great place to stay
Home was beautiful and very well stocked with everything you could need. Owners were a pleasure to work with. The outside deck was a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the view. There is plenty of space for a larger group to spread out. Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing
Amazing stay. The entire family had an amazing time. We had all the ameneties we needed and was super easy check in. Clark was very responsive for any questions i had. Highly reccomend.

Family Weekend Trip
We booked this property for a family get-together consisting of adult couples and 4 teens. The house was perfect for us. It is very clean and well stocked for everything we needed to feel at home. We’ll definitely be looking forward to our next stay here.

Wonderful stay on Maury Mt Lane! This home fit our group perfectly. Each master having 3 attached bathrooms was a huge draw. The wrap around porch and privacy of the forest made for an extra nice “vacation feel.” The surplus of bikes and game area in the garage was a plus as well. The owner was quick to respond to a few needs we had right off the bat. Would definitely recommend to others!

My first time in Sun River! We were immediately impressed with the property and the surrounding area. I would recommend this stay to everyone. So many activities for adults and children. Book this stay you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Home
We are a group of senior women who have been staying at SunRiver for 39 years. This home was one of, if not the nicest home we have rented. It had everything we needed for our stay and in a nice area. We hope to rent this home again for our next visit next year.

Great Sunriver property for large family in a quiet location.
Lovely, spacious home with a reverse floorplan. Peaceful, quiet location in the NE corner of Sunriver. That being said it's quite far from the majority of the Sunriver "amenities", such as The Village, the Parks, the SHARC. My family all agreed that we would like to stay there again!

Family Long Weekend
We’ve rented many VRBO homes. This one was the best equipped from the kitchen appliances and cookware, to the multiple bikes, the towels and bedding, and the fun indoor outdoor games. Nice BBQ. Great setting. We had 11 people and it was very comfortable. SHARC passes for everyone. We will be back.

Great house!
Loved the house, some of the dishes weren’t cleaned well but when relying on other guests to wash their hand washed stuff it happens. Not a big deal. House was great! Hot tub was so nice being able to watch the kids from it while they played in the woods. We had a big family gathering and it was open concept but also able to seclude with lots of space. We will definitely come back!

Great for family reunion.
GREAT house. Enough room for all of us. Perfect setting, bikes, SHARC passes, hot tub. We all loved it. Slider from kitchen/dining room basically did not work and the towels in the master upstairs smelled. Didn't stop us from having a wonderful time...owner just needs to know. Great rental.

My wife and I both love Sunriver so much, we not only own 4 properties here, and we live here part time. We take great pride in each of our homes and condos and this how we treat them. We are continually updating and improving each property, as our repeat guests will tell you.

We purchased this home in 2011 and moved here full time until late in 2016. We still spend a week or two a month in Sunriver overseeing our 5 homes. This home is large enough for several families. 5 bedrooms and there is still room for more. We back up to the Deschutes National Forest, so there is no one behind us except for the deer and elk.

This executive home has just about everything, hot tub, sauna, central AC, heated tile floors in the master bedroom, wood stove in the great room, a gas fireplace in the master bedroom and it backs up to the forest. Watch the deer and elk graze by and listen to the coyotes at night.
