Great Location and Accommodations

We had a great stay. The accommodations were great and the location was convenient to various areas of interest, including Universal Studios and The Getty. We would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING!

What an awsome listing and perfect home to stay at for a Christmas in LA. Property was spotless and stocked with everything/ anything needed for a short to learn term stay. Asher was actually at property upon arrival and is EXACTLY the l type of person you want to rent from. Incredibly friendly. Found our place when my family comes into town. Wow! 10/10.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious house with plenty of room and space for all six of us to enjoy. We were within walking distance to family and other local shops etc. House was clean and comfortable. Property owner a simple text away and very attentive to everything. We will absolutely return!

Could not have been better!

The property was perfect for us! Exactly as the description, clean and neatly organized. The Host, Asher, could not have been friendlier, or more responsive! We had several unusual asks for Asher, and he fould a way to say Yes to each one of then. We cannot recommend staying here any higher, and we will plan to stay again when we return to Sherman Oaks!

Sherman Oaks three bedroom home

Our stay was wonderful. The house had three bedrooms, two baths, a fully stocked kitchen, washer / dryer, and comfortable living room along with a private patio space. The home is conveniently located to Ventura Boulevard where we walked for dinner and to the 101 and 405. Asher was gracious and very helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We have family in the area and the location was perfect. Asher was awesome to work with and frequently checked to see if we needed anything. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing home!

Asher’s place was perfect for our family of 5. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect. We went to the beach and Universal Studios and both were close within distance. Asher was an amazing host! He kept communication throughout our trip to ensure we were good. I highly recommend this home if you are visiting the Los Angeles area!

Enjoyed our stay!

Asher was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. The house was spacious and clean, centrally located, and incredibly convenient to get to where we needed to go. Highly recommend and we would definitely book again if we are ever in the area!

Perfect location!

I am an L.A. native who used to live in Sherman Oaks and moved out of state two years ago. I returned with my husband and daughter to visit family and friends for the week. This was the perfect location for spending time in both the valley and having various routes available for going over the hill into the city as well. The house was clean, had all of the necessary amenities, felt very safe, and it was quite spacious. Asher, the owner, was incredibly gracious, responsive, and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place in a great area

This property was perfect for our needs which was location and 3 good size bedrooms with 2 full baths. House was a full renovation so basically new. Open concept kitchen, dining and family room was perfect for a small family gathering. Off street parking with a charging station was an added plus. Will definitely book again since we frequent this area.

Perfect Place

My son and I stayed at Asher’s property during his move to UCLA. This place was just perfect. The location is close to everything. The property is very well maintained, clean, spacious, safe and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Home in Sherman Oaks

Beautiful and comfortable home in Sherman Oaks. The property manager (Asher) was great and made the stay very easy. It was the perfect house for our visit to LA. Inside was new and clean and we will definitely stay there again when visiting.

Convenient location, parking and clean

Perfect Fit for our Universal Getaway

We were bringing a group down for a trip to Universal Studios that would've needed multiple hotel rooms or a large suite. This served our needs perfectly. There were multiple bedrooms all furnished with beds that fit our whole group. We also appreciated having a master bathroom for my wife and I while the kids had their own bathroom to share. Everything felt clean and new. While we didn't have a long enough stay to make our own meals, the kitchen would've been great to use. If you are staying multiple days, consider bringing groceries and enjoy making your own meals. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, body wash, soap, etc and the furnishings were all clean and new. Check in was super easy with unit left open and specific directions to obtain keys, gate remote, etc. Plenty of room to park the vehicle on the side of residence with room for the other guests in the front property that shares this same lot. Communication was very good and I have no concerns with our stay. If you do stay, you can walk about 2 blocks for several small restaurants, 7-11, donuts, and a few stores. If you prefer, you can drive about the same and there is a "Ralphs" supermarket that is open late and has pretty much all the groceries you'll need. I think our drive on Friday morning to Universal Studios parking garage took about 12 minutes door to door. It was super convenient. There is a shopping mall with decent stores about 5 minutes away by car. The neighborhood felt pretty quiet and safe. This unit is right up against the fenceline with an elevated residence behind it very close but we really never sensed anybody in the adjoining residences or had any concerns about noise. We will definitely use this residence in the future if we are down in the area. I would recommend. Great family location, we had 5 total people in our group, Two adult parents, two adult kids, and one 16 year old kid.
