The house was perfect for our stay in Sherman Oaks. Very spacious and great views. Walter was a great host. He was very responsive and was extremely helpful when we had to change our stay dates. He was very kind and offered to help us in any way during our stay.

We booked this house, but there was a problem with the plumbing, and the owner gave us the option of staying in another house, which we accepted. It seems they never mop this house, they only sweep. The toilet was dirty.not recommended

Upon arrival the host was good at communicating throughout the time spent there. However, the images displayed were different than the experience itself. As requested we did not wear shoes in the home however we quickly noticed how dirty the floors were. We had to go to a local store to buy house slippers. Seems like this place has not had a good cleaning in a while. From stains on the wall to the floors being extremely dirty. The bed sheets were washed but still had stains and smelled. I was surprised to find so many bugs around the home. From the spiders in the bedrooms to the other insects found in the kitchen and living rooms, it felt like bug land. This place is not kid friendly. I would strongly recommend deep cleaning the home.

As much as we appreciate reviews of each of our guests we always respect and value everything they say and take them into consideration. This guest had more than the number of people that were supposed to say. We did not say much about it. But let it be. Our home is located in the hills on the south of the blvd. Not in a busy location. But he made it seem as if bugs were running around all over the home saying hello to them. Throughout his stay he never one time told me about the one spider he saw in the home. We had a wash and dryer in the home but they left the house keepers 3 days of dishes in the sink. How about washing the dishes so the home would not spell of old food. We had a really nice fancy little we purchase Just only 5 months. They used it and totally burned it to ashes. How does anyone destroy a kettle that is used to only boil water if this is not irresponsible? I don’t know what is. Again people are entitled to their opinion. And we will continue to consider their opinion as we try to do our best to please everyone.
