This is a lovely home. I really like to look around at all the decorations that reflect of the lives of those living in this Nashville home. It had plenty of room to accommodate our group of 6 women with spaces to relax and to join together. We even enjoyed using the billiards table! It was little hot for outdoor activities so we did not use the hot tub. It was a good location for driving in and around Nashville. Thank you!

Beautiful home with plenty of space. Perfect stay for our family to enjoy some down time just minutes from all the hustle and bustle. The host is incredibly responsive too.

Everything was perfect! Great location. Quiet with spaces to relax! Host was easy to communicate with and everything met expectations! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville!

My family stayed here and really enjoyed ourselves. Everything was very clean, and there were plenty of entertaining things for the kids and adults. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Our experience was great all around. We enjoyed the property and the town with no interruptions. The house has great space for families and spacious bedrooms along with sitting rooms that add to the calm relaxing atmosphere. The neighborhood was great for our family. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would choose this property every time!

Great location, safe, and convenient. Host was awesome and very informative. The house was perfect for my family of 5. Things to do inside and out for them and a lot of space.

Property is great, the hosts are terrific. Location was a surprise. We stayed two days, and had to be in three different parts of downtown Nashville. Easy, quick access to all of downtown.

Great property, even better hosts!

We stayed here with 9 people (5 adults 4 kids) and never once did we feel cramped or squished. There was enough space for all of us to do our own thing but also not feel isolated and we had places to come together and enjoy each others company. The house was clean and cozy and had a great home away from home feel. All communication was answered almost right away and always kind and respectful and helpful. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had staying somewhere away from home.

This place was heavenly! 6 of us guys (early 30s in age) stayed here for 3 days and woke up the morning of check-out not wanting to leave. We all enjoyed playing on the pool table and hanging out on the back patio area. Unfortunately it rained the majority of our stay or we would have used the fire pit. We were out hiking and paintballing so we were constantly dirty and needing showers...so I have to point out that the showers were amazing. With 6 of us racing to the showers after several miles out in the woods, I was afraid that I would get a cold shower after everyone else was done. That was not the case though. There was always hot water and that was a big plus for us. Your home is beautiful and a few of us in the group are trying to make this Nashville trip a yearly staple now and would love to be able to come back and stay here again.

Great Home to make vacation memories!

My family and I stayed in this lovely home the last week of June into July 2025. We were in Nashville to meet my husband’s half sister. We wanted a place where we would be able to hang out to get to know each other, but that was also close enough to Nashville and other sightseeing adventures. The location of this home could not have been more perfect. It was in a suburb so you didn’t have the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to all of the major tourist attractions of Nashville. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the house. My youngest daughter learned to play pool. We had a movie night and their very comfortable living room. We ended up utilizing the fire pit to make s’mores and hang out. The little treehouse was cute. My youngest enjoyed FaceTiming a friend of hers while sitting in it. We also use the hot tub, which was perfect for two adult adults and two kids. The owners of the property were very accommodating and very easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend this home. If we’re ever in the Nashville area for a vaction, we will definitely rent this house again.
