Super responsive, great house. Plenty of room for the nine of us. Also used the bus shuttle and that was very convenient. We would definitely stay again

21st birthday trip

It was wonderful. The house was clean and the amount of space was perfect for our group. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond if we needed anything!!

Wonderful Stay

This place was great. Plenty of room and has all your needs for the stay. Very close to all attractions. Host was wonderful. Air stopped working on our last day and she had it fixed in no time. Very neat and clean. And pet friendly was a big plus also. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

The stay was great and Jane was great at communicating as well!! Only bad thing was parking.....other than that, I would definitely stay again!!

Great place!

Very large, clean, high end place to stay. Is about a 15 min drive to downtown which is only downside!

Visit to Nashville

Our focus was visiting Nashville, so this was a great place to stay. The living area is a bit small if your focus is gathering as a large group. However, it was great for comfortable sleep after long nights of dancing.

Awesome!!!!

Very spacious condo with 4 bathrooms. Roof top was very enjoyable at night looking towards downtown. A/C works well for those hotter days. Close to downtown so Ubers were on average 25 dollars. Grocery shopping with in 10 minutes and close to Velvet Taco a must visit for the best Tacos. Owner communicates instantly with you through VRBO. Check in was as easy as it gets. Will stay again in the future.

Street noise was awful. Neighbors acting up so much that cops were there 2x. Money purse and other items on the lawn next door. The house was comfortable and clean it could just be other bad renters when we were out there

Our group of eleven had a good stay. We had a decent amounth of space. The only thing that I would change is having more towels available and possibly not having all things be white.

Perfect place to celebrate

Plenty of room for a Birthday celebration of our group of 10 in Nashville, a quick uber away from Broadway. Publix was close for Instacarting, and Dominoes delivery was fast. A great time was had, and everyone slept well. Thank you. Would recommend and book again.

Bachelor Party!

This place worked very well for our 12 man bachelor party. It was clean and smelled like they just built it! The garage is a hit and the views from the rooftops are amazing. The neighborhood is a bit run down but it does look like the city is trying to build it up which is nice. We have no complaints with the house itself it was awesome!

Very comfortable sleeping and it was a nice area to just relax in. Our daughter had a blast. It was an easy drive to downtown. The only issue we had was when we arrived the temp was on 85 throughout the condo and it was extremely hot and took forever to cool down. We had to go buy fans to sleep with because it didn’t cool fast enough to sleep in. Definitely recommend staying

Nashville Weekend Getaway

We came down with a group of 14 for a NFL game and the house met all our needs with ample space. Shuttle service that you can just text for pick up and only $5.00 per person. Publix and Kroger nearby for grocery/drink delivery. The host Jane was so accommodating and allowed us to check-in early. Jane was quick to respond with any questions. The rooftop area was awesome to hang out at night. Overall this property was great for a large group!!!

Bachelor party of 10. Amazing time!

We went with a group of 10 guys for a bachelor party (could have easily fit 12-14) and the time couldn’t have been better! We had plenty of room in the house. Jane was amazing with her hospitality and helping with whatever we needed. The shuttle that the house provides is a life saver just 5 dollars a person where ever you need to go. We will definitely be returning to rent with Jane again! Awesome time awesome house!

Best place to stay for bach party!!

My sister and her fiancée did jointed Bachelor's and Bachelorette party at Nashville, we had total of 14 people and it was amazing! Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. It was great. If you are staying in Nashville with many people, this is the place to stay. Also location was not too far from downtown but also isolated enough from the crowd.. cant be more happy to stay here! Thanks to the host for amazing place and easy communication

🌟12 Women, No Sweat

This was a perfect place for us to stay!! We had a quick four day girls weekand in Nashville. They're ended up being twelve women. There was plenty of room for us to stay comfortably. And can you imagine 12 girls trying to get ready to go out for the day each day. I There were 4 bathrooms with plenty of counter space. And nobody ended up with a cold shower! The rooftop area was nice for mornings. And late night with neighbors hanging out or talking with us as well from their rooftops! Overall Spacious Clean Fabulous
