Two minutes from the airport & ten minute uber to downtown!

Spacious 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood only minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes to downtown. Our house can accommodate larger groups or families with kids. The rec room has a bar and an air hockey table. Right outside the rec room doors is a patio and a hot tub for some relaxation. Security camera's at front door and back door for your safety. There are tons of restaurants close by along with Walgreens and other convenience stores. Relax @ Nash Nest. Military and first responders discount.

What a great property. Never stayed at a place so well stocked and so easy to access and leave. Highly recommend this if going to Nashville.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here with family and friends for a wedding in Nashville. It was clean and comfortable. The location was great! Easy to get to airport and downtown. Would stay here again and recommend o others!

Girls Trip

We stayed for a girls weekend get away! Check in was super easy, and the host was super friendly. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Short drive to downtown, and in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again.

The house was so cute! Everything was just as described. It was just the right distance away from downtown Nashville. But easy to get to all the places we wanted to go to! Thank you for a great experience

Cute home for our Nashville trip!

We really enjoyed this house for our trip to Nashville. It is decorated really well and has everything that you need. The owner was very responsive to messages and made the whole process Super easy. The hot tub was an added bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Clio Cloud Conference

This property was very nice and nicely furnished. It was exactly what we were looking for when we made the decision to take an office team building trip to Nashville and to participate in the Clio Cloud Conference. Would recommend the stay and would stay there again.

Our group came in for the Rock N' Roll races and we kept saying over the weekend that we will be coming back! Beds were comfy, easy access to and from Broadway, and the hot tub was perfect! Thank y'all again for letting us stay :)

Pretty good overall

The house overall was great. The neighbors dogs barking all morning starting around 5am was just one issue. The hot tub was malfunctioning the 1st night. The owner mentioned that it must have been leaking and the manager would fix it. The water looked like it had been leaking for a long time due to all the algae growing on the outside of gazebo. Bring some flip flops for the downstairs bathroom.

Nashville Bachelorette trip!

What a great stay! Location was convenient to downtown Nashville and broadway, along with other shops in town and the airport. Can’t wait to come back! Bella made us feel welcome and the home was definitely the ‘Nash Nest’.

Great place to stay.

Was looking for a place close to Broadway for a bachelorette trip and found this gem. Love this house. Perfect size for all of us girls and super close to Broadway. Had no problems getting Ubers or lifts. The hot tub was amazing! House was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay

We chose this party for a bachelorette party. The house was very clean and a nice set up. The host, Bella was very great she gave us recommendations for food and to check out the Wing mural. I would def recommend this same place to stay if I choose to visit Nashville again!

Large Group Paradise

This was probably my personal favorite rental home/property I’ve stayed at. My friends and I were here for several nights for a Bachelor party and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The entire home was gorgeous. Hot tub was great, air hockey table was fun. More than enough space and places to sleep. Bella was a fantastic host who went above and beyond. It’s in a perfect location relative to the airport and downtown. Ubers were super affordable and convenient. Thankful for the opportunity to have been able to use this home!

Nash Nest exceeded our expectations!

We recently travelled to Nashville with another family for our Spring Break and stayed at the Nash Nest. This place was perfect for our needs and we honestly have zero complaints whatsoever! The host Bella was super responsive…the home was wonderful and offered plenty of space for the adults and kids to all have a great time without feeling crammed… and the location was great - we were within a 10-30 minute drive of everywhere we wanted to go in the area. Much recommended!

Convenient location and cozy house

Stayed for a long weekend boys trip and do not have any complaints. The listing was accurate and clean, the owner was very nice and easy to get a hold of. Only a hop, skip, and a jump to the airport and downtown.

Absolutely amazing!

This Nash Nest was everything you could dream of for a home away from home! We had two families that stayed in the house will ease! The house was well equipped! Some of the most comfortable arrangements we have found yet! Close to the city and airport and we will definitely stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a nice amenity to have. House is just as described. Loved that the host provided ingredients and recipe for Elvis Peanut Butter Sandwiches. Could have used some mixing bowls in the kitchen, but we improvised. Seasonings and paper products were available. Host was very responsive and followed up with us to make sure everything was good. Would recommend to family and friends.
