Wonderful location. I think of all the places I've stayed in the area, this is my favorite so far. Steps to the beach, multiple pools. Spacious unit with plenty of room for kids.

Superb! This condo has it all - view, roomy, and stocked. The view is breath taking, probably the best view on the property, in my opinion. It was really hard to leave because it felt like home away from home. It was close to everything, pool, parking lot, and beach. The bedroom floor could have used a bit more cleaning but nothing too horrible.

This condo is the perfect place for a group of 10. Pools are great and the beach access is perfectly down a boardwalk. The view is beautiful. I'd definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our visit. The condo was perfect for our family. Very spacious and the kitchen is defined stocked. Our only complaint was walking around the condo barefoot left us with dirty feet...made the white towels and white sheets a challenge. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great vacation

Close and easy walk to the beach. Property manager very easy to reach if needed. A lot of space and a lot of beach chairs and toys.

The condo was clean and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was well equipped and the views of the ocean were great.The unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator, which was not an issue for us, but could be an issue for others.The owner was very responsive to questions.I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Butler Beach.

Good getaway

Very nice. Good view, not new but very clean. One of the best stocked kitchens ive ever had in.a rental condo.

We loved the condo, very spacious. We had plenty of space for a family of 10. A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors, they were sandy and didn’t look as though they had been mopped. The porch/balcony was sandy and dirty, sand on the table. I swept and ran the vacuum. The sliding glass door is a bear to open! It really needs replacing. The lock box with the key wasn’t working well. Great unit just a few things needs attention. Little short on towels and wash clothes. Overall good experience. I would rent again.

The condo was quiet and peaceful! The breeze and view of the ocean from the back deck was fabulous! The condo amenities had all we needed. The owners even supplied beach chairs and boogie boards! My favorite thing about the condo was the large back deck!
