Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Sunmerhouse for 30+ years & have extended family that has stayed in many different condos over the years, and this is one of the best, if not the best I’ve seen. It is clean, updated/nicely decorated, better lighting & layout than others, & nice patio furniture.

We actually had the opportunity to meet the owners who were very friendly and super nice!! They were very gracious and allowed us to stay a few extra days due to the hurricane evacuation. We have already booked this same unit for a month again next year!!
