The location of the unit was perfect. A quick walk to the beach yet within 15 minutes of the historic district.

My husband and I took our almost 2 year old daughter to St Augustine and we all had a great time! The property was relatively updated and well- maintained, clean, and just as advertised! Great location right next to the boardwalk out to the private beach, great views from the balcony, and the pool area was clean and well maintained! (I recommend bringing some type of shady umbrella as there is no shade at the pool) not to mention a garage with some essential beach items available! Pretty much alll the amenities you would need for a nice family or romantic getaway, while still being just a few minutes from the beautiful downtown area! We will definitely be rebooking when we visit St Augustine again!

Excellent stay at a beautiful location. I can’t say enough great things about this spot…clean, smelled good, perfect location. 10 min walk to A Street/Beachcomber Bar (A food that you MUST have while staying here) and about 20 min to downtown St. Augustine. Thanks Lauren!

This place is awesome. Get access to the beach can see the ocean on the master bedroom deck. The condo was very clean had everything we needed. St. Augustine Beach is my happy place and will I be back again… sure will.

Nice view of the ocean. Enjoyed the balcony and so close to the beach. Easily accessible to many things.

Bedrooms are a good size and nicely furnished. Bathrooms were recently remodeled and all appliances look new. Short walk to beach and pools. Clean and comfortable overall with a layed back family/friends vibe in the complex. I watched the waves from the back deck each evening.

Beautiful home. Our group of 4 really enjoyed ourselves. The location so close to the beach was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location, Convenient to Everything
Easy trek to the beach, the beach house is great for a small group, and the property manager is very responsive. Perfectly located for all things St. Augustine, We would certainly stay again.

Condo is very clean and well decorated. The mattress was one of the best I’ve ever slept on in a condo. The location is close to the beach and in a great location.

Great visit
Great spot on the quiet side of the island. Walking distance to putt putt was a huge plus. Facility has two pools and everyone was welcoming and kind.

St. Augustine

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The place was as described… very clean, well equipped and conveniently located to historic downtown with a beautiful view of the water from the balcony. The host was responsive and available when needed. We will definitely stay there again! 10/10 highly recommend.

Need a dedicated TV provider with local channels. Guest shouldn’t have to login to their accounts while on vacation. Other than that stay was okay.

I had a very nice stay at this property. I took a solo trip and the direct beach access was incredibly convenient and made it easy to go out to the beach several times per day. I felt very safe in the property and spending time on the beach alone and was able to enjoy the peace and quiet. The property was clean and the photos were accurate for the listing. The upstairs bedroom I slept in has a beach and ocean view from the balcony.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. The place was exactly like the listing, actually better. It was so clean and had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer. The beach is awesome! Location was awesome! We will definitely be back!

We loved loved loved this property!!! The location, being right on the beach, next to the walkway to the beach and minutes away from downtown with a variety of restaurants and conveniences was ideal!! The condo unit itself was updated and modern. The owner did not forget any details! We had coffee, beach towels, beach chairs, and decor that created a vacation vibe! I highly recommend this property and would stay here again. We had a wonderful stay!

On the beach !!!
My parents, wife and two daughters had the most amazing time in this condo. It exceeded our expectations and was right on the beach. We will stay here many times in the future. Wow fantastic!
