Wonderful Beach Property

The location is amazing. It's on the beach and the area/neighborhood is not overly crowded by tourists and high rises. Restaurant are all within walking distance,. The fridge is pretty small if you plan on bringing food and making meals, otherwise its a perfect cottage for a beach getaway.

Beach getaway

My sister and I really enjoyed our time at the beach house. We were looking to get away for a long weekend and this was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and everything we needed was in walking distance. It was really amazing how the beach was simply a few feet away! The owner was very accessable and very communicative. Highly recommend!

Lovely cottage

We loved our stay here. Very close to beach and walking distance to many great restaurants. Such a quaint town and we loved the historic cottages all around! Would definitely stay here again

Historic Cottage Steps from the Beach

Tom was a fantastic host. There was no frying pan in the kitchen and when I texted him he immediately replied and said for us to go buy one. I sent him a picture of the receipt and he promptly Venmo’d the money to me. The top bunk was actually comfortable enough for an adult and had easy access stairs to it. It was a great, relaxing stay!

Adorable

We stayed here for a few days (husband and I, in-laws) in October. The cottage is just a cute as described and in a neat little area. It was clean and had everything you would need. The only negative(?) feedback I can say is that the shower is tiny. I mean…TINY. A larger/taller person would find it very difficult to use. The beach is gorgeous and people all around us were very friendly. There was plenty to do within walking distance or the trolley service was nice too. Would recommend!

Perfect getaway for a couple or small family.

This property was better than advertised. It felt secluded and peaceful in the middle of Indian Rocks. It's literally steps off the beach. The house is updated and cozy and everything we needed was supplied right down to extra beach towels. Tom is a friendly, responsive host and answered all my texts or phone calls within minutes. I would give the house, location and host extra stars if I could. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return.

Great Location!

Great place to stay at, very close to the beach!! My family and I enjoyed staying here and look forward to booking again. Host is very communicative.

The location was like none other!

Private yet steps to the beach. Cottage was clean and quaint. Felt like old Florida… The area has plenty to do within a reasonable distance. I hope to visit again!

We Fell in love with Indian Rock Beach!

What a great find. This place is the cleanest, cutest cottage by the sea. Even comes with friendly neighbors. Steps from the beach and a nature trail. Great area with shops and choice restaurants. But the place itself was really perfect. A great time was had and we hope to come back. We love IRB!

IRB

This was our first time staying in IRB and we loved it! The homeowner of cottage #4 was very responsive and sent us a link to the check in process along with information about the area. Check in was easy. The cottage is literally steps away from the beach. It is small and cozy but clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels and comfy beds. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available to borrow. We spent all day on the beach and walked to dinner in the evenings. I would most definitely rent this place again.

Awesome!

This was our most relaxing trip yet. The cottage was perfect. So close to the beach and many great restaurants. Tom was the best host answering any questions we had. Definitely splurge on the dolphin cruise. It was the highlight of the trip! Tom was the best captain and took up to all the best places! We all had such a great time. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent location and space. Such a great experience and everything was just as it's shown in the pictures. Beds were so comfortable and access to beach was excellent.

Great stay. Great location. Great host!

We stayed here for a few days. It was a great property in an ideal location. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable as well. Had some some personal complications that the host graciously worked with us on (when he was well within his right not to). I would not hesitate to stay at the host peoperties' again.

Great little Cottage!

This property is nearly perfect. The pro's out way the con's by far. Here is a list of Pro's and Con's: Pro's: On the beach Beach equipment provided Walking distance to restaurants and convenient store Outside shower Con's: Very small indoor shower Stove top, main burner not working. Blinds wouldn't close all the way on entry door or bathroom. Tom was great! Our flight was cancelled but we managed to get another flight earlier than originally planned. fter a long night looking/booking a new flight we needed to get some rest. We were able communicate very easily via messaging. We were informed once the Cottage was ready (prior to check in) so we could rest. It's the things like this that mean a lot. We have a wonderful time. Such a great little place! We can't wait to book again.

Great location, great host

Our family loved the beach cottage. Amazing location steps from the sand. Everything is clean, lots of great restaurants near by. Tom was a great host and easy to communicate with - always prompt to respond and helpful. We also chartered Tom and his boat for a few hours and had an amazing time getting some dolphins to jumping in the wake! Can’t say enough good things, great family trip!

Amazing location

We loved our stay at the cottage. It's small, but worked for our family of five just perfectly. It's cute and cozy and couldn't be in a better location. The sunsets are amazing and you are within walking distance to great food. Our first trip to IRB will probably not be our last.

Our Family moved to Indian Rocks Beach in 2013 and absolutely love it..We enjoy anything water. Grouper fishing, scuba diving, wake surfing and wake boarding.

Play and stay less than 25 feet from the beach. Enjoy sunsets and breathtaking mornings right outside your ground cottage. Having 2 parking spaces is a plus!!
