ONE step to the beach from this gorgeous Beach condo with 2 bedrooms and 2&1/2 bathrooms. Equipped with a sleeper sofa and can easily accommodate 6 guests. Enjoy sunsets from all three levels. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails from the balcony off the Master Bedroom. Dine practically on the beach with ground level patio or watch the kids play on the beach as you sit and relax from 2nd floor balcony. Enjoy endless walks on the beach and many restaurants are within walking distance. Beach towels, chairs, toys, and umbrella are available for use so all you need to pack is a swim suit and sunscreen!! Also has two desks if you need to work while vacationing! High speed wireless and wired internet for your convenience. Cable tv and Firestick to watch everyone’s favorite shows from three TV’s! Comes with 1 designated parking spot. Conveniently located only 10 miles from St Pete/Clearwater Airport and 23 miles from Tampa international airport. Don’t miss the opportunity to make family memories at Beach Blues!!

We have a 9:00pm to 7:00am noise ordinance for the building to be respectful for neighbors who call this home. The beach quiet time is 10:00 pm.

Couldn’t ask for more, relaxation!

Just a beautiful home and exactly as shown by pictures on line. Location just amazing and away from touristy areas but near enough to visit if wanted. Stocked kitchen, comfy bed, beautiful deck right on beach staged well with upgraded furniture. Couch and chair are a bit tired and spring back just isn’t there as I’m sure it used to be, but seeing this is a popular property it makes sense. The best is of course the location. Just a few mishaps on cleaning crew but nothing earth shattering and host was immediate in making it right, providing the 5-star. She was awesome to work with and quick with replies and guidance. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for sharing your place for others to enjoy!

Perfect holiday getaway!!

The condo was just what needed for a trip over the holidays! It has everything you need to be comfortable. The location is ideal. You just walk down the steps and you are on the beach! It is gorgeous and easy to walk. There is a great patio with chairs that you can enjoy meals and the beach without getting sandy. Great restaurants and bars some you can walk to. Enjoyed some activities in Tampa the aquarium and a Lightning game. So fun! Would visit again

Amazing beach christmas

Our family of 4 was so comfortable at this amazing property. Had everything we needed and location couldn’t be better to relax and enjoy. Lots of walks on the white sand beaches and looking for shells and dolphins. Hosts were great and had even decorated for Christmas which was a nice surprise

Perfect Location

I had looked for a long time to find a location directly on the beach and without a long walk as I was bringing my parents and it's hard for them to walk long distances. Really close to restaurants and things to do.

Amazing property

We booked this property for a girls weekend and do not have a single bad thing to say. It was exactly as advertised. It truly is right on the beach and only 5-10 minutes from most restaurants. The condo was stocked with towels, kitchen items, and beach supplies. The parking is a little tight, but do-able! The owners even gave us suggestions to make parking easier. We are already talking about booking this property again for our trip next year.

Perfect

This property has it all. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ask for and more. The living area and master bedroom has outstanding beautiful views of the gulf. The decks had really comfortable furniture that made sitting out there in the mornings and evenings so relaxing and enjoyable. We had some amazing sunsets. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Best location on the beach. We definitely plan on returning in the near future. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property! We loved it!

Amazing beach stay

What an amazing beach house. My family and I had a great time in the comfortable and beautiful house. Perfect location for kids to enjoy beach and come in during heat of the day. We will be back for sure.

Fantastic "Girls Week" with my bestie.

This property is excellent. All the furnishings were great, but we really liked the master bed (super comfortable!) and the high quality, abundant patio furniture. All the little details were covered and I especially loved the Keurig in the master bedroom for that first cup of coffee on the balcony. My only minor dissatisfaction was the check-in time and not being able to get into the property until 5 pm. Regardless, I would highly recommend this property.

Memorable!

The beach home was beautiful, but the location was truly memorable! We watched the storm systems roll in, then watched the sun come back out. We watched the birds and the fish and the colorful sunsets. This location was farther then we usually drive, but was truly worth it! Highly recommend!

Perfect!

The property was wonderful! It was a beautiful property with everything you need for your stay and only a few steps from the beach! The deck views of the Gulf and sunsets were amazing. Rebecca really made sure things were great for us and she was great with answering the few questions we had along the way. We would love to come back!

Perfect condo!

This was the 2nd time 2 of us have stayed in the condo! Everything was perfect! Great location, literally step of the deck onto the beach! For us, that was amazing!! Nice deck off of the main floor to watch the beautiful sunsets. Deck upstairs is great too! Everything you need is there! Get a few groceries and you wouldn’t even need to leave. Amazing stay….will return!!

Perfect beach getaway!

The unit could not have been more amazing. Excellent location, a short distance from many great restaurants. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need - from kitchen, to bathrooms, to beach gear. We have two young girls and the house was set up perfectly for our family, and was quiet enough for us to enjoy and relax. A few steps from the beach and plenty of space for incredible views of the sunsets. The owners took such great care in thinking of everything so we did not have to, down to the beautiful decor that made the unit super cozy. We will be back.

Well, we finally made it happen and purchased this beautiful beach front property in January. Renovating during Covid-19 proved to be quite the task but we are very happy with the results. We want to share with family and friends for years to come and hope that you will make wonderful family memories here too!
