Your home away from home! Our cozy private 1 bedroom/ 1 bath apt is located in the heart of Rochester. Only two blocks to the bus line, and blocks from downtown and mayo. This apt features wifi/cable, a full kitchen, bath, private deck with a perfect view of downtown. Complete with a full fridge and kitchen supplies so you don't have to eat out all the time. Coffee provided and wifi/Netflix/Hulu/roku are all complementary!!

Stay in Rochester

A very nice one-bedroom upstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed after a long day at the Mayo. Highly recommended.

Cozy Apartment Convenient Location Great Hosts

We stayed one night for appointments at Mayo. The apartment was clean, homey and convenient to both Mayo and our favorite Rochester restaurants, Alex and Misha were very nice and showed us around the property with their pup Jackie. They were very accommodating with a slightly early check in to help me make my appointments. This is an upstairs apartment and you need to climb steps. We had no problems at all with that.

Well located, quaint, quiet, cozy

This is a very well thought out, stylish, safe, quiet, clean space that's close to a Kwik Trip and the Mayo Clinic. Check in is a breeze. The host is very responsive. The only draw backs were a slow/malfunctioning Roku, some hair/grime on the bathroom floor, and the room's AC falling out of the window and kicking hot air back into the room at night. Moderately comfy bed.

Lovely Little Place

This little oasis was comfortable, clean, safe, and cozy. It was a pleasant little place for my short amount of time in Rochester. It would be a place I choose to return to.

Great place!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Close main roads, etc. the hosts were very nice and very responsive. I really appreciated them setting up the portable AC unit as it got a bit warm but not horrible, I just like it very cold! They have soft water (which I love) But if you’re not used to it you will feel like the soap is not coming off! A bath mat Would be a nice addition as the tub is a bit slippery. The deck, tables and chairs were nice to sit outside for morning coffee. Quiet peaceful neighborhood.

Great place!

This was a perfect spot for me to get away, even just for one night. I met the owners, who were very nice people, and their friendly pup. 🐾 (they even have chickens! 🐓) The property was very clean and comfortable, in a nice location, with easy access to the places I wanted to go in Rochester.

Very nice place

The place was perfect in size for just the two of us. It was in a good location. Very quiet neighborhood. Air-conditioning worked well. my husband loved sitting out on the small deck. There were a few things that made me not give it the fifth star. One of them was that there was a spot on the bedspread that looked like it needed to be washed. The small rug on the bathroom floor in front of the sink looked like it had not been washed. It was very matted and had some white particles stuck to it. There was some long hair on the wall in the bathroom that could have been wiped off. The place was great, but the cleaning could have been a little bit better. I might be a little more picky than the next person but I would definitely stay there again. I am very conscientious about cleaning because the chemo brings my white blood count down. There is one other thing that was quite unusual. After I took my shower, I tried to open the bathroom window to let some air flow because there was no fan. The bathroom window was only covering up another window that was very dirty and gross and I didn’t try to open it because of the dirt. some kind of fan in the bathroom would be nice. Those are all small things to consider when looking for a place to stay. Overall the place was acceptable and I would stay again

Wonderful garden

My favorite part is definitely the backyard garden. It was a very relaxing break while moving my stuff out of Rochester. It was nice to just lay on the bench & listen to some music. The plants, trees, & flowers made me so happy.

Relaxing stay

Comfortable stay in a central location. Plenty to do and see in the area with perfect accomodations to return home to at the end of the day. Hosts were quick to respond to inquiries and answers questions. Enjoy hiking at the quarry park. Alex made a great recommendation to Four Daughters winery...we will be back!

Great space for a couple

Super location for our needs. Quiet neighborhood, good for walking. Great use of space. Fun to sleep in an attic! We loved sitting outside on the high deck. Parking on the street and tall steep stairs could be a problem for some. Dresser and roomy closet in bedroom. Bed was comfortable, not hard.. I didn't see any kitchen photos online, but it was complete and good. Wonderful hosts!, We would love to stay again, Thanks!

Comfortable, affordable, and convenient

This is a small and affordable apartment on the upper level of a bungalow with its own entrance. It was perfect for our needs while visiting Mayo Clinic. Five minute drive or 20 minute walk to Gonda building. Host was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the separate bedroom and living room instead of being in a hotel. Thanks Alex!

A Wonderful Stay

It was such a nice space. Check-in and out was easy. There was ample parking. It was very easy to get anywhere we wanted to in Rochester. Will definitely look them up again if we come back into town.

Wonderful apartment!

My husband and I loved this apartment! It was clean and cozy! The owners were wonderful and contacted us immediately when we sent them a message. The apartment is in a great neighborhood and location. We were able to easily get to lots of places in Rochester. My husband and I would gladly stay here again!
