LIVING AREA

Make yourself at home in the inviting living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and Love seat. Watch your favorite family movies or shows on the new flat-screen TV as of January 2020, Slide opens the balcony glass doors, and listen to the rolling waves.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-level condo sleeps up to eight guests between the two bedrooms, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms are equipped with a 32” screen TV.

Find quiet privacy in the tranquil master suite, outfitted with a king bed. Enjoy private access to the balcony. The spacious en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Take in sweeping panoramas of the Gulf from your private balcony. Ride the elevator down to the sugar-white sand beaches.

Just steps from the beach, you can swim, collect seashells and relax all day. When you come off the beach, jump into one of the MANY pools located on-site, or feel free to play in the game area with shuffleboard, basketball, and Ping Pong.

Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the resort parking garage. An in-unit washer/dryer, cable TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

Great getaway

We've stayed at Emerald Beach several times and this, by far, was the best condo we've had. My kids loved all of the beach toys and accessories and I liked having a full size washer and dryer!

Great location.

The location at the end of the building meant we just had a few steps to the elevator and then quick access to an area of beach to set up our tent. We liked the 2 king sized beds. We would recommend the condo to friends.

Vacation 2024

Everything was great! Loved how the unit was kid friendly. The only disappointment was the pools being so far away from the beach. However, the pool area was absolutely fabulous with plenty of seating and kid atmosphere! Very easily maneuvered through the building.

A Week In Paradise!

We absolutely love this condo! It was perfect for our family of 6! The 2 pools are amazing! There is a bar, a snack bar with pizzas , ice cream, etc, Starbucks, and souvenir shop all onsite! Runaway Island is one of our favorite restaurants and it's walking distance right next door! :) The condo is well stocked with everything you need to cook. I actually never left the condo for the first 3 days we were there except to walk next door for dinner and across the street to get doughnuts for breakfast! :) We will be booking this condo again!

Great condo pick

The condo was great for our family. Pack and play was a great addition. Lots of sand toys. Close to trash deposit. Elevators did not take long. Lots of pots and pans to cook. Washer pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap. Wish there were more wash cloths/hand towels for dishes. Floor got a slippery from humidity probably. Bring lots of socks. Beds were comfy. Great view. Quiet resort.

Awesome condo

Condo was great, 6th floor, not long wait for elevators. Loved the skyway bar, My wife won 4 times playing bingo. Loved the recliners. Plenty of water playthings in the closet. AC worked great. Response to our smoke detector was very quick. Owners brother came out in 15 minutes .

Wonderful location! Super clean! A+

The condo was super clean and well stocked! The management was super responsive via text. It was very crowded this time of year in PCB but the location of Emerald Beach Resort is within walking distance to several area restaurants and shopping. We all really loved the amenities of the resort and enjoyed both pools, outdoor games, the Sky Bar and of course Starbucks. We will definitely be back!!

Overall great experience. We did have some issues with elevators (1 out of 4 were working during our stay). We sometimes waited 15+ minutes. Aside from that, no complaints.

Incredible PCB Vacation Spot

The view alone is enough to make you want to stay here but the condo is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The beds & pillows were so comfortable. We only ate out one night during the week and cooked all other meals in the well equipped kitchen. All the appliances were in great shape. We used the laundry room almost daily. Condo is conveniently located immediately off the elevator. The trash shute is literally right across from the condo's front door. Beautiful deck furniture to enjoy the ocean views as well as sunrises and sunsets. I don't have a single negative thing to pass on about this condo. Property owners were immediately responsive and caring. You will definitely LOVE staying here and will be upset with yourself if you don't!😉

Our home away from home!

This unit was everything it’s listed as and more. As soon as we got to PCB we had car trouble and Andrea recommended Tuffy’s for us. Even though they couldn’t fix our vehicle (part on back order) their customer service was great! I loved renting this unit because all you have to do is walk in the room and enjoy! No check in or out process to worry about. I highly recommend room 625 Flip Flop Paradise and plan to return in the near future!!!!

Condo was beautiful! Everything was sparkling clean and so comfortable. There were 7 of us (4 adults and 3 boys); we had plenty of room. Property facilities were great and well maintained (2 pools, beach). Everyone enjoyed the ice cream shop, Starbucks, and the bars (all on property). The attached, covered parking was really convenient. There were lots of area attractions conveniently located and easily accessible. Sixth floor location was great for gulf views and watching activities on the beach. We had a great time!

Loved the condo at Emerald Beach Resort!!!

Emerald Beach Resort is located perfectly and has all your need! The condo is on the end of the building (6th floor) and your view is perfect! Lots of luggage carts available, and the sky bridge (3rd floor) is so nice. After you cross over, just need to find the elevators, go down to L (lobby), and then find the other elevators that take you up to your floor. Elevators are fast. The condo is loaded with everything you need, even 2 coffee makers, one being a Keurig. Lots of beach toys to use, big fridge and puzzles/cards to use. The bathrooms are huge, beds are comfortable, and the water pressure is awesome. Also, lots of hot water. Room was very clean!! And as pictured. Loved having a full size washer/dryer too. Loved the view!! The ice cream shop, located on the sky bridge, was so nice. We had some nearly every night. You can get pizza, hot dogs/hamburgers there too. Pools (1 in front/2 near parking garage) are great, and not super packed, we always found plenty of room to stretch out. Beach is easy access from our room. Hot tubs, free game area (pool, ping-pong, corn hole, giant connect four, giant chess, giant checkers, and more). They also have an arcade room, and workout room (we used often, it is great). Our favorite day away was to Shell Island, rented a pontoon boat (Pontoon Lagoon) with driver for a 3hr trip 2-5pm and he took use swimming with the dolphins, and a secret spot to watch the sea turtles, and then snorkeling at shell Island. It was sooooo worth it!! Snorkeling equipment was included and he let us use his spear for spearfishing. Close eating spots within 1/2 mile (if even that): #1 Runaway Island, great for sunsets. #2 Sharkys Also, lots of Mexican Restaurants around us, and a pizza place. Shopping is very close too. We walked down to putt-putt, 1/2 mile away. They have go-carts also. Well worth it!!

I would give this place a total 5 star rating if it wasn't for the elevator set up and the issues with the elevators. Half of them were not working for majority of the week we were there. This made it extremely difficult to get around the complex. Some of the escalators were broken for a majority of the week also.
