Convenient water access, rolling dock, charging ports. Great location for tournament fishing, recreational boating. Spacious deck with propane grill. (tenants provide propane) Parking for 8 vehicles.(1 BR apartment next door can be rented in conjunction with this rental) NO SMOKING/NO PETS!!

Lake front awesome

Great property for a lake experience. The house was nicely equiped and comfortable. Everything was in working order. Would recommend this property to friends, and would rent again.

Perfect

This was a perfect house for an extended family weekend together! The house is beautiful, the property is water front, so the boats were ready for action at all times. We fished, swam and pulled an inner tube. Everyone enjoyed our time together. And if we needed anything, the property owner is next door and super helpful. Can’t wait to schedule our next trip 😊

Lake cabin

We have rented a number of cabins on rayburn over the past few year and this one by far is the best. Cabin was clean and the owner lives next door super nice and helpful. We left our boat in the water alll weekend. Our family had the best time and we will be back soon.

We will return

Our family has been going to Sam Rayburn each summer for over 10 years now renting houses for extended family. This was our favorite! The location on the water, dock to tie up to, beautiful view of the lake and plenty of room in the kitchen and living room for all of us to enjoy. The back deck was nice and big, too.

25 Year School Reunion

It was the perfect place! The owner lives next door and was super nice. The property was even more gorgeous in person. It was so convenient being able to leave the boat in the water, and the beach was phenomenal. We had the best time. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful & Relaxing

My family and I loved the house and the location was great! The view was so beautiful. Mr. Bob was very friendly and helpful! My grandson has Autism/special needs and forgot his special dog stuffed animal, thankfully Mr. Bob found it and is going to send it to us 🥰 We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location, lacking cleaning and stocking

The location was stunning, but the listing was a bit misleading at 5 stars. I could tell by the photos that it was an older property and can appreciate the charm of old, but a five star rating has to be clean and well stocked. There was dirt coming out of all of the vents in this home, a thick layer of dust on all the fans, dirt in the showers, spider webs and bug feces in some of the kitchen cabinets. The water heater wasn’t sufficient for more than about 3 showers in a row so we had to really plan ahead when getting ready. The kitchen lacked appliances so we had to borrow from friends to cook anything and there wasn’t enough dishwasher detergent for more than 2 loads of dishes. I couldn’t say enough good things about the location or the prompt response of the property contact. And just a heads up there is no WiFi. To be fair, I didn’t let the property manager know about any of these things because I was just grateful we found a place in such short notice. I just like to know what I’m getting into ahead of time and it would definitely rate this property a 3 star rather than 5 unless they can up their game on cleaning, stocking and maybe upgrade to a tankless water heater.

Excellent long weekend!

This home was perfect for our family of four. Location and view were stunning, the house was more than enough room for us. We are even considering renting again in the future with another family since it could accommodate so many people at one time! Great having the owner next door in the event anything was needed. We had our boat docked on the bank and it was perfect without any issues. Our daughter said we need to give this home a 1,000 star review!

Lake Life 2021

This waterfront property is very nice with a large manicured water access yard and it is located in a great lake community located just minutes from everything you will need. The owner is awesome and available to insure you have a great stay. We have already booked our second stay.

The Lake front property is absolutely beautiful and accommodating for large families. Conveniently under 4 miles to almost everything in Rayburn. We also have property located in The Black Forest Community in Zavalla. Gorgeous two-story stone home, plenty of room for the whole family. This property also has waterfront access, and a boat ramp. We strive to make your stay enjoyable, and stress free. We have very few restrictions with our rentals and easy to work with.
