Heated Pool Home in Southwest Cape Coral with 3bedrooms/2bathrooms/2 car garage!

This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath pool home sits in the perfect location! You are close to a lot of different options for shopping, parks, Sunsplash, loads of Dining options and so much more. The back yard is fully fenced with Privacy fence so you can enjoy your time without worrying about neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained.
Inside you will find a large kitchen with an island and it is a great room style home. The floor plan is a split floor plan so you have the master bedroom and Laundry room on one side of the home and the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the other side of the home. The lanai is spacious with a nice table and couch to relax. Our pool is now heated with a brand new heater!! The house is set up with wifi and cable and you will really enjoy your stay here!

The property was great and in a nice neighborhood. Very close to everything you need, shopping, dining. The pool was perfect. The backyard was very spacious for our dog. Stayed for a month and would definitely recommend.

A great place with plenty of space and utilities. I would stay again and recommend this place to anyone. Especially to folks who wanna get away from the cold. Plenty of room for kids and space for activities.

Private and comfy

The house is in a great neighborhood, very private and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool, loved the fully stocked appliances and cookware kitchen. Definitely will be back

wonderful place!

The house and property were very clean and the pool was crystal clear and warm! It is very nice having a fenced in yard for privacy and the location is in a very quiet neighborhood. The people you meet walking are very nice it seems like a happy place to live! I would go back there again!

Beautiful property nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Cape Coral. Really enjoyed the heated pool, working kitchen but my favorite part was the master bathroom rain shower. Can’t wait to come back sometime

Peaceful

Very true to the photos. Comfortable bed, very clean, everything I needed. I came for a week to relax and unwind in the Florida Sun and that is exactly what I did. I would definitely book again. Convenient location to beach, shopping and food.

Nice and quiet

We check in and immediately felt at home. We wanted a nice quiet get away and that is what we got. The home was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool was perfect and screened in which meant no bugs! We throughly enjoyed our stay and are planning on coming back next year!

Such a great house in Cape Coral!

This house has everything you need! The pool was such a nice oasis and sitting on the covered back porch while watching the thunderstorms was so relaxing. Our pups loved the big backyard. Communication with host was fantastic and she went above and beyond for an issue we had. When we come back to Cape Coral we will be staying at the Pink House again!!

Cape Coral 2024

We enjoyed this house for February and March, 2024. The quiet neighborhood was a perfect location for shopping, eating and golf. The fenced yard was great for our furry friends. We enjoyed the two full sized recliner sofas. The beds were excellent. Appliances all worked well. We found it very clean and a nice lawn. This property was as described on the Vrbo website. The pool heater didn’t work the last month of our stay.Our host worked very hard to get this resolved before we left, but was not successful. We did get financial compensation on our rental fee for the pool heater failure.We are satisfied.
