Full disclosure: I have installed a Nest doorbell camera on the front porch.
It is helpful to monitor repairmen and for snow removal in the winter.
It is the only camera on the property.

Bunk room with 2 sets of twin beds. Relax on the deck with new Patio furniture. 8 adult cruiser bikes, 8 SHARC passes (indoor pool open year round), Bumper Pool table, full size Foosball table, ladder game, giant Jenga game, ball toss, frisbies, soccer and footballs in garage.

I provide coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil and most spices. Enough for first couple days.
No smoking inside our home, garage, or outside on property.
25 MPH speed limit all thru Sunriver.
Sunriver prohibits sleeping in campers/trailers.
Sunriver is a No Drone Zone.
