Contemporary Cottage adjoining the National Park! King Bed, Wifi, Deck & Grill!

Completely remodeled 3BR/2BA cottage situated at the base of West Mountain, directly adjoining Hot Springs National Park. Everything in this home is brand new, including the furniture. The space was re-designed with more of a contemporary feel; however, the historic character of the home has been maintained. This is very quiet area of town and has very peaceful vibe. Enjoy the woods and wildlife from the front deck overlooking the National Park! Super close to downtown Hot Springs!

The property is very close to downtown Hot Springs. Hiking in Hot Springs National Park is available just out the front door! If you’re a mountain biker, the incredible Northwoods Trail is only a few miles away. 10 minutes to Oaklawn Casino. The home has a washer/dryer. Complimentary WiFi and new smart TVs in living area and master bedroom. Everything is brand new from the couch, to the toilets, to the beds. Very fresh and clean. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a cool place to relax and get away and you want a location convenient to downtown and the hiking/biking activity, you’ll really enjoy it here!

NEW CLEANING PROCEDURES: We want you to know we’re doing our part to
help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc. This is done after every stay. We use a very professional and well-trained cleaning crew who uses only the best professional cleaning products. As an added precaution, we supply additional cleaning supplies for our guests to use during their stay.

Close to everything

There were some minor things with the stay but overall I think it was a great stay. The grill should be replaced and the cooking pots are really old. It was quiet andpeaceful

Lovely house from which to explore Hot Springs

Family of 5 adults. We spent 6 nights at this lovely house. Quite comfortable for 5 people. Good location for getting around Hot Springs Springs.

Perfect for short getaway

We were in town for a softball tournament being held at Majestic park. The house had everything we needed. There were ants in the kitchen but with the ant spray readily available I’m sure they are working on that issue. I do wish there would have been some blackout curtains, the lights around the house shined through easily. Also the neighbors have dogs that barked during the night. Some of our group slept through it, but others woke up to them barking. Overall we had a nice stay. The house was clean and welcoming.

Quiet and convenient

We had a great visit to Hot Springs! The check in process was efficient and smooth. The house was clean and decorated nicely. The location is amazing! It felt somewhat secluded, yet it was close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice Stay

The property was exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and set back against the woods, but the house is minutes away from coffee shops and other stores. The house was comfortable even with four adults, two teens, and two small kids sharing the space. The host was very responsive when our plans changed and helped extend our stay.

A brief stay

We just stayed two nights but we had no problems. It looked liked it had plenty of stuff to cook with. It had plenty of bath towels. We would stay there again.

2024 Girls weekend

Our yearly girls trip, we throughly enjoyed our stay! It was in a quiet spot, easy access and every question we had was answered promptly. There is plenty of space, and it’s a perfect place to slow down.

Hot Springs long weekend

Very nice long weekend in Hot Springs Arkansas. The property was as described. Plenty of room for our family and comfortable beds. Everything was well stocked and the location of the property was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Hot Springs.

Quiet stay

The property is just as described. There is nothing fancy to it but the neighborhood is quiet, it was close to everything we wanted to do, and the beds were clean. The floors inside the house are not level and several things were just “off”, like the bathroom door scarping against the floor vent every time it opens or closes or the dishwasher door barely having enough space to open next to the oven door. Communication with Beau upon arrival and departure was good. Overall a nice, quiet stay.

Great location

I loved the actual property. The location of the area was convenient. The neighborhood left a lot to be desired. I loved the manager. Very fast communication. Probably not much he could do with neighbors. The property itself was average. Several ceiling fans didn’t work. Cupboard and drawers were dirty. I cleaned the cabinets myself and the drawer. I also felt for the charge for cleaning, there’s too much asked of the renters to leave clean. Obviously the person cleaning for the manager isn’t giving it a 100%. I disliked the front bedroom have a door to the outside. The blinds didn’t fit the windows so there was the ability to see in the house even with the blinds down. Over all it’s a 3. The neighborhood is very rundown with junk in almost every yard as well as overgrowth. I feel like the house is over priced for the area as well.

Nice little house

The area is nice & quiet. Some of the surrounding houses seem a little sketch, but everything was just fine and we had no issues during our stay. I do feel like as much as we had to pay for the cleaning that we shouldn't have had to do everything that we did, but that's just me. This may be customary to all short term rentals. This was our first time.

Great experience!

Our family group consisted of my husband and myself, along with, our grown son and daughter. We had plenty of room and more. Everything was extremely clean and in good condition. It is an older house that has been nicely updated. The location was near to all the places we wanted to see. I did have a couple of questions that were answered promptly. Would not hesitate to stay here again or any other of the properties that Beau has! Thanks for the memories.

Nice woodsy quiet street!

Nice to have three bedrooms especially the bunk bed room for kids. Comfy bedding and pillows. Comfortable sofa in living room. Easily access Netflix. Fairly close to everything we wanted to do. Easy drive. A few negatives: The door in the larger bathroom doesn’t shut easily so it’s loud and squeaky trying to shut it. The door to main bedroom has a hole in it filled with several plastic grocery shopping bags. Blinds don’t go all the way coving windows completely. General musty smell like an old house. Might need some air fresheners or bringing vanilla candles would help. A few ants on window, killed a cricket in bathroom and a bug in a bowl. Could hear birds chirping and that was really nice! No noise on the street. Very peaceful and quiet.

Not our best rental experience

Let me start by saying we did enjoy our time in Hot Springs! The rental itself was mediocre. A broken Roku, ants swarming our food on the kitchen counter, windows not locked when we arrived, and floors that stained our socks. The house is within 10 minutes of anything in downtown and within 25 minutes of all of our activities. It is on the edge of a neighborhood and has been dressed up to look nice inside. (Despite the filthy floors, it does LOOK clean.) The property co-host was very responsive, replacing the Roku, calling an exterminator and spraying down the kitchen counter. We did not cook in the kitchen and kept everything in the refrigerator or on the table after that first morning. My biggest compliment is that the beds were comfortable, and everyone slept well.

Nice stay for a couples weekend away.

The house was very nice, cute and cozy on the inside. Rooms were spacious and the layout of the house was great for two couples to have their own space and also hang out. We didn’t look up it’s a exact address before booking so looking at the pictures posted we did think we would be more secluded and there wouldn’t be neighbors so close(it does say there are neighbors but from the pictures we assumed they would be a little further away). But it is conveniently located. We were able to Uber around town at night and order in food because of the location. It was a quick drive to central. Overall a very nice stay!

A little disappointed

We stayed here for our visit to Hot Springs National Park. The location is a short drive to the main park entrance. The house had plenty of room for our small family and was tastefully decorated. We were, however, disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. The bedrooms and living room did seem to be pretty clean. There was quite a bit of hair on the bathroom floors. When I tried to wipe this up, the cloth was black. It didn't seem that the bathroom floors had been swept or mopped. Several towels were stained as well as a sheet. I also found some hair in the bed but I think it could have been from the housekeeper. The listing stated that they had new cleaning procedures and that everything would be cleaned and disinfected. They also stated that they would leave sufficient cleaning supplies for us to use but I did not find any of this to be true. This was one thing that drew me to this property as cleanliness is our highest priority but this was definitely not the case. The house could use a deep cleaning as well (baseboards, couch professionally cleaned, etc.) I think this could be a great rental with some TLC and a good cleaning job. We also missed having any special touches such as games, bottled water, etc. I have never written anything negative in a review but feel obligated to let other travelers know about our experience. Hopefully the owners will visit the property and give it some TLC.

My wife, Sharay, and I live and work in Hot Springs. I am a real estate attorney and also own/operate a real estate brokerage. Sharay is a pharmacist. We both grew up in Hot Springs and love everything about the lifestyle here. When we got married over a decade ago, we both decided that we wanted to live and raise our family in Hot Springs. We have two young sons and love spending time with them doing all the activities Hot Springs has to offer. Our goal is simply to provide an exceptional vacation rental experience for each of our guests. Each of our properties is different and unique; however, on all properties we strive for superior level of professionalism, quality and cleanliness so our guests are happy and comfortable.
