We had a wonderful stay at this home in Hot Springs! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, close to downtown, great restaurants, and plenty of fun things to do, plus several beautiful hiking trails were just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house was great for our family. Our daughter loved playing with the dollhouse and toys available. It is a fairly easy walk to downtown and the bathhouses. We had zero issues while staying. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Cozy, clean, beautiful home! Very family-friendly. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot. Close to the reception venue (Crystal Ridge Distillery) and to bathhouse row. It was perfect for our stay!

We were in town for our daughter's week long softball tournament at majestic park and this was the perfect location! Not only was it less than a mile from majestic park it was about the same distance to bath house row. The house was very welcoming and spacious. We enjoyed swinging on the front porch swing watching the humming birds. The price was great as well!

Very spacious. We all had plenty of room. Loved that there was laundry detergent, soap, toys, etc there. That was very nice. The only down side was there were 2 drunk homeless people outside across the street when we got there. It was dark and made us worried. The cops came to check them out and he made them leave. Other than that, everything was great.

Cute and clean stay for a destination wedding

Enjoyed our stay while visiting Hot Springs for a destination wedding. The house is very cute and has a warm/cozy at home feel while you’re there. Close to restaurants, family activities and churches.

Super covenient location in being close to bathhouse row and other major Hot Springs attractions. This was our first time using Vrbo for a vacation stay and I appreciated how easy it was to book and stay, from check in to check out. Linens and towels smelled clean, but the bathtub, under furniture, and kitchen appliances needed to be dusted/cleaned. We ended up doing a quick little sweep of the living room, since we had to keep fishing out toys that kept rolling under the couches. My kids did appreciate having some toys provided by the host to play with though! Our favorite things to do were the Mid-America Museum and the Jonathan Erlandson Magic Show. Highly recommend working in both of those things for anyone traveling to Hot Springs!

Location and Great interior

Super great location if you are headed to Hot Springs National Park. It is minutes away from everything cool. The host is responsive and kind. Grateful to stay at this cool place.

This house was perfect for our family. It was well stocked with the basics needed for a comfortable stay. My kids enjoyed playing with the toys and sitting on the porch swing. The location was convenient as we were able to walk into town easily to explore the Promenade and Bathhouse Row. The Saturday Farmers Market was only a block away.

Refrigerator and freezer weren’t clean. There was mold inside and where the coffee drips out of the coffee maker. The air fryer was not cleaned from a previous use of what looks like chicken crumbs, and lots of grease. The shower curtain was pretty dirty along the bottom edge. It needed replaced. There was pee along the bottom of the toilet in the front. There was only sheer curtains on the living room windows, and there was no curtain on the kitchen window. Anyone could’ve walked up at night and watched you. We just weren’t comfortable there. The bed in the front bedroom slept really good. The two twin beds I was told by the kids were very hard. The throw rug in that room was also pretty dirty. we didn’t even sleep in the back bedroom. The two younger boys just slept on the couches. The area of town that it was in was a little uncomfortable for us as well. It was a neat old house that someone redid and it was pretty cool. Just needs a little bit more attention as far as cleanliness and privacy with shades on the windows.

Enjoyed

We enjoyed our stay. My girlfriend mentioned several times that she couldnt believe how close we were to everything. Whether we walked or drove it did t take longer than a few minutes to get there. The home had all bases covered. Linens, pots, pans, games. The front swing was our go to for relaxing. Will definetely try to stay here again on a return trip
