This spectacular designer decorated unit is fully furnished and is ready to please even the most discriminating of travelers. It includes two bedrooms, one bath, living room, dining room, laundry, fully equipped kitchen and a 300 square foot private covered deck. One security camera located on 3rd floor deck facing stairs. Another security camera overlooking the pool. This newly renovated 840 square foot unit has top of the line finishes, furnishings and granite throughout.

Just lovely!

My husband, daughter, and I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been more perfect – we didn’t use our car once during our three-day stay, as everything we needed was within walking distance, including great places to dine. The apartment is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We felt right at home and especially loved the outdoor seating area and pool, which were fantastic for relaxing.The only thing that would make this place even more exceptional would be swapping the smaller reusable plastic plates and bowls we used for breakfast and lunch for real dishware. That said, we truly appreciated the generous selection of silverware, glasses, and mugs. We look forward to returning!

The property exceeded my expectations! It was clean, tastefully decorated and had so many beach supplies. The private sitting area on the deck was one of my favorite spots. A very short walk to the beach too. vaireyy of beach supplies was perfect

Fantastic property & location

This property is well-appointed with all the amenities! It's location is in a quiet cul-de-sac, but you can walk 5 mins and be on the beach! The property manager is accessible and very responsive. For the price it is an incredible value. We intend to make this our annual winter getaway accommodations...you will not be disappointed!!!

Awesome week

Stayed here with two of my besties to celebrate my 65th birthday. Had a great time, located so close to beach and everything we wanted to do. Clean place, warm pool and really big outdoor porch to enjoy. Lots of pool and beach suppllies. Live in Florida but first time at IRB, will for sure be back

Perfect for thw weekend

Had an amazing time with my sisters & a lil one. Close to the beach, right off the main strip, and you dont hear anything. Both bedrooms are clean and updated!! The bathroom is nice as well. Cant wait to come back and enjoy it.

2 Bedroom was just what we needed. Everything per listing was on par and we were very happy with our experience. If you’re thinking of this place it is as advertised. Larry was attentive to any of our questions. On the list for a re-visit.

We loved the place. Great lication, pool was great, inside and outside area-great! Used grill a few times. The wagon with chairs was great. We totally enjoyed the place.

comfortable and relaxing

It makes vacation so much better when you walk in and it’s spotless. This rental was comfortable and just the perfect size. Our host was responsive and gracious. We will be returning next year.

Indian Rocks condo

Very clean and well kept condo. Very nice large porch overlooking the pool. The recent addition of trees is a big plus for the property. Larry was very attentive to our needs. Having cable TV reception was very helpful. We would recommend the condo to anyone.

Great space, quiet neighborhood

The unit was just as nice as the pictures. The unit had a very comfortable layout, we felt very much at home. They had many beach items available for use, including bikes. The property manager responded quickly to a couple of small issues. Would stay here again.

Great vacation

We loved our stay in this apartment. It is modern, nice and cosy, totally clean, perfectly equipped, nicely styled. We felt like at home. The host communicated with me immediately, he is pleased and ready to help. Beach is in walking distance with stunning sunset. I 100% recommend this lovely beach apartment to everybody! Lenka

Lovely cottage feel to this condo.

The condo is lovely with plenty of outdoor sitting areas to enjoy. Short walk to the beach. Conveniently located for restaurants and music. Enjoyed our stay very much.

First time at Indian Rocks Beach

It was our first visit to Indian Rocks Beach. The beach area is quiet and relaxing. the water is relatively shallow for a good bit and would be awesome if bringing small children. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The use of the beach equipment and wagon was especially nice. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and because it happened to be exceptionally hot during our stay, the pool after the beach was refreshing.

Quiet and Close

The property was clean with comfy beds and a cold A/C. Larry was very responsive and made check in easy. One of our favorite amenities was all of the beach stuff!! Wagon, chairs, coolers, umbrella, toys and even a weight for floating. Location was perfect with a beach access being a short walk away. The pool looked very inviting but we did not use it. I would definitely rent this property again.

Cozy, Quiet, and Clean

My family and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend and the property was perfect! It was in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the public beach access. The property was immaculately clean and well kept. We also were able to enjoy the new above ground pool, which was an excellent addition to our stay. There are only two negative things I can say. One, the beds were too soft in comparison to the firmness my family and I are used to. Two, there aren’t any hooks or racks to hang beach towels and wet swimsuits inside or outside of the property. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to return!

Beach stay

It was a great visit. The condo was very clean, there was an excellent selection of pots and pans, dishes and glasses. Just a short walk to the beach. Property manager was very nice, checking in with us to see if we needed anything. We would define stay here again.

Truly enjoyable!!

My daughter and I really enjoyed the condo, spent a lot of time on the nice private deck. Very quiet and a short walk to the beach. Did not need to contact Larry except for the day we arrived and he was very responsive. Nice to meet you David and Jackson too.
