Very nice house with lots of amenities! Pool was great fun when it didn’t rain and the game room and movie room were great fun when it did rain! Thanks for a great week!

Pool was not usable for our entire stay. We were here for four nights and three days in late March. The weather was high seventies so we anticipated a functioning and clean pool upon arrival, but it was filled with debris and had little water. We contacted the host immediately and did not have a pool technician get the pool clean and filled until late on our last day. It was not heated and I doubt it was chemically sound/accurately chlorinated. The outdoor shower did not work either but was fixed by the pool tech. We were adequately compensated for the lack of pool availability and misrepresentation. I also believe that the state of the pool should have been communicated prior to our arrival. The only other issue I had with the home was a few spots on the front deck where the floorboards were decayed and would sink when stepped on.Otherwise our group still had fun! The hot tub was great, the house was clean and nice. The host did communicate quickly and promptly throughout our stay. The view of the ocean and the sunset was amazing. If the issues that I encountered were remedied, this would be a solid place to stay for a beach vacation.

This home was not at all what the pictures illustrated it to be. It was in poor shape. The floors were unleveled, the tiles were coming out of the floors and the grout was cutting up our feet when walking between the living room and kitchen. The floor in the main level bathroom felt like it was going to fall thru. The walls were patched up and you can see where repairs were done but not done correctly. The recess lighting in the living room looked like it had mold around it or was not installed properly. The main level deck facing the ocean had multiple soft board and we couldn’t let our kids on a portion of it. The hot tub had only 2 of 4 seats of jets working and while maintenance did come out, they said it’s an older hot tub and there’s nothing they could do. I was very disappointed in the quality and stability of this home. I have stayed in way better for way less money.

Great property just a few steps from the beach. Everyone loved the pool and backyard! I also loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

The view was amazing. Host was very responsive when asking questions! The property needs a lot of TLC. I reached out to the owner privately after our stay to address concerns I had but no response from them which was disappointing.

This is a beautiful house and wonderful backyard area with a terrific pool, hot tub, play area and surrounded by palm trees. The bedroom layout is the best we have experienced - every room has a private deck and bathroom - we had 4 couples and 4 teenagers, and each couple had their own room, and the "kids" had the bunk bedroom - everyone remarked at how convenient and comfortable it was. The location is also the best - we basically had our own private beach which was just across the street from the house - if we need a house again of this size, I will definitely ask for this one again.
