Beautiful property and well maintained. Only steps from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Superb views from the third floor kitchen and family room. Ample room for all. We will come again. 5 Stars throughout.

The house and location were wonderful. The management company was less so. Cheap accessories(towels, TP, etc.) and no vacation amenities (no beach chairs, no kid sand toys, no board games, no pantry items - spices, sugar, coffee). We have stayed at many vacation rentals that included many touches to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, but none were here.

Thank you for staying with us, and for the kind words about the home, location, and cleanliness. We’re glad Station Vacation worked well for your family.  To give our guests a neat, clean experience, we keep our homes intentionally uncluttered and don’t stock shared beach gear, toys, games, or pantry items between guests, and ask our cleaners to remove any pantry items left from previous guests.   Linens and bath towels are provided with each stay by a linen service, along with the beds made up and a welcome basket with a fresh roll of paper towels.  We welcome your feedback on those items. We also appreciate your comments about communication. In addition to VRBO messaging, our rental office is always available directly for guest questions, if that’s easier.  We’ll review your comments with our team and make sure the listing is clear about what guests can expect. Thank you again for your feedback, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope to welcome you back to Topsail Island.

Being right on the beach with our own beach access was the best. There’s an outdoor shower on the deck to rinse off sand before going inside. The ocean views from every angle was spectacular. Plenty of room in each bedroom and bathroom. I do wish there had been a few hangers in each room for clothing. Also glad I packed a steamer as there wasn’t an iron. Adding beach chairs would be nice too. Overall it’s definitely a beautiful home and I would stay again.

We had a great stay right on a beautiful and very clean sandy beach! The house was clean and comfortable and we spent a lot of time soaking in the view from the huge deck! There is no place to sit outside oceanside when it rains as there is no waterproof place but you could sit roadside on the balcony. Kitchen is really big with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. If you can sleep on really flat pillows you are ok, but if you need something fluffier, bring your own. We only had four staying so we stole all the pillows from other beds to get by. Extra pillows in the closet but no pillowcases so we didn’t use them. Mattresses firm but comfortable! The only thing that was a bit frustrating was getting into the house. Our code didn’t work and it was hard to get ahold of someone. We sat outside for 30 minutes and I ended up having to call VRBO directly so they could contact the manager. Once they reached out it was an easy fix and she was very pleasant and helpful. I’d stay at this house again.

Well designed and spacious home. Open living area, dining and kitchen had fabulous views. The kitchen is amazing with plenty of storage. Elevator was great to use for my elderly parents and to take luggage and groceries up/down. Love the high deck chairs. Plenty of hooks and towel bars - a big plus! Beds were comfortable for all but my parents - they prefer a harder mattress. Knowing the house is new, more soft surfaces in the open living area would greatly help absorb sound. Owners may also want to consider adding shades like the ones in the bedrooms to pull at night if turtles are hatching. Would still allow for that fabulous view. Another suggestion would be to add a binder with instructions for all of the fabulous appliances - how to use and clean properly. Washable door mats at the sliding doors inside the bedrooms would also decrease sand tracking and protect the floors. We always bring bath mats to use. Ruggable rugs are wonderful! Affordable and machine washable. I have several. Again, loved the home! We had 3-4 days of rainy cold weather and were perfectly at home. Also love the high dining table and have serious envy over the kitchen. Oh, one more suggestion- with all the rain would have been nice to sit under the gazebo without rain dripping through- it’s missing the underlayment.

Cannot beat this View of the Beach. The walk thru the dunes to the beach is tough when the sand is so hot, but fantastic place and fantastic location.

This ocean front house for family vacation was wonderful. It easily accommodated our 3 adult children, a young grand child, dogs, and us with plenty of room. The kitchen is a wonderful layout for those who love to cook like we do. The decks were wonderful, and it was nice to have a lower deck that was mostly shaded when we needed a break from the sun and wind on the beach. The beach was beautiful, but you do have to walk over the dune to get there - so bring sand shoes, and maybe a wagon that can roll in the sand if you are carrying lots to the beach. Our only complaint was the water has a high sulfur content, so we ended up buying drinking water, but it was fine for everything else. We have already confirmed our stay for next year.
