Welcome to "Stay Awhile"! You won't want to leave! Our home is located in The Village of Lynnhaven which is centrally located to pools, golf, and shopping. Lake Sumter Landing and Southern Trace Shopping Plaza are 2 miles away by car or golf cart. We provide 2 gas golf carts for your enjoyment - a 2 seater and a 4 seater. Both golf carts are Yamaha Quiet Tech and both have adjustable bucket seats! This immaculate home has no carpeting, high ceilings, stainless appliances, gas range, 2 car garage, laundry room, reclining sofa, 2 reclining chairs, and beautiful furnishings. The master bedroom has a king bed, double sink vanity, tiled shower and walk in closet. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a sleeper sofa and can be used as a den or office equipped with a desk and wireless printer. The glass lanai has sliding windows and a separate AC system. The 2 gas golf carts are included in the rental, as well as 2 Resident ID cards (and guest passes for additional guests) and a gas BBQ grill. We also provide 3 sets of golf clubs, yoga mat, hand weights, 4 folding chairs, pool towels, coolers, and lots of extras for guest use. There is a 3 month minimum for January - March bookings.

Clean and comfortable!

We loved this house! We were there to visit my mother in law and it convenient to everything. It was central to the squares and everything we needed. The house was updated, clean and comfortable with enough room for the 5 of us to spread out. Communication with the property owner was fabulous! We would stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot!!!

The house was beautiful. The owners thought of everything you would need on vacation including transportation (golf carts). The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Great communication with Stephanie. It was a great stay....WE WILL BE RENTING AGAIN!! Thanks for a worry free vacation!! This is a 5-star property.

Great location and beautiful home

The house is so clean and comfortable. Kitchen has every utensil you could possibly want to use. Nice to have 2 golf carts. Very nice stay and great host.

Army reunion from the Viet Nam era. Attention to detail was clear and in order. Every concern and expectation was met, spot on! The home owners know exactly what folks need and enjoy. Although only a few of our military unit were there to golf, this home made it easy for 'social' golf buddies to enjoy 'The Villages'.

Awesome Location!

The location is awesome and we loved having a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter and shopping. The house is very nice and cozy. The hosts are pretty awesome as well. Can't wait to come back again.

A very nice updated and clean home. Everything is provided that you may need. Stephanie and Pete were very helpful with any questions. When we come back to Florida would love to stay there again,we had a wonderful time!

Great Week

Stephanie and Pete have thought of everything. The home has all the amenities our family wanted. The kitchen has all of the equipment to make gourmet meals. The beds are comfortable with spacious bathrooms.

Stay a Long While!

Our 3 month visit to “Stay Awhile” was the most enjoyable of our 10 years renting at The Villages. The attractive home is well appointed and well equipped. The private back porch is fully enclosed but easily converts into an open-air facility that quickly becomes the most popular space in the home. In bad weather that distinction might fall to the attractive study. There are 4 TV’s . . . and not one, but TWO gas golf carts making it easy to take advantage of the home’s excellent location with Palmer Legends and Sumter Landing in easy reach. Stay Awhile!

Visiting family in the Villages

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home in Lynnwood village with everything we needed. The house was immaculate and very comfortable for 5 of us. The 2 golf carts were the biggest highlight! I Highly recommend for your next visit to the Villages!
