A beautiful hard wood flooring house in a historic Maywood, North Arlington. Centrally located to Washington DC attractions. you have the entire floor with your own kitchen and entrance. Three bedrooms, two w/queen beds and one w/two twin beds. Perfect for a family or a group. 5 minutes walk to the bus, 5 minutes walk to the bikes share, 5 minutes walk to the grocery store and restaurants, 15 minutes drive to the white house & national mall where all the monuments and the museums are located.

Perfect fit for us

Stayed here while visiting DC with my family of 5. The location is 15-20 minutes from most tourist attractions. Easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet. The host was vwry responsive and accomodating. Overall this house fit our needs perfectly.

Great Place to Stay

The house was in a great neighborhood, especially since we were traveling with my our grandchildren. It was clean and the check-in process was simple. It's close to D.C. and all the sights. Our host, Miloud, was very gracious given our grandchildren are two and under and were up early. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay for work in Arlington

Stayed at this property when starting a new job in DC. The house was as advertised and convenient to the city. The host was very friendly and responsive to a few of our minor needs.

Washington holiday

Perfect location for exploring Washington, especially if you want to do self catering (a big Safeway very near). Ubers are quick rides to the main Washinton sites (20min on average). Miloud always available to make your stay comfortable.

Classic neighborhood

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood has classic homes with beautiful gardens, trees, and landscapes. We woke each morning to lots of bird song. Definitely a busy suburban area, but that’s what you get with such close convenient access to the city. Five minute walk to the grocery store and a delicious Thai restaurant! Quick pick ups with Uber into the city each day. Very responsive owner. Clean. Thanks so much!

Comfortable, clean, good location

This house is comfortable, clean and in a good location which are the 3 most important things I look for. It isn't fancy so look elsewhere if that is what you want. However it is an unbeatable value if you compare it to the local hotels.

Excellent House Close to Washington, D.C. Attractions

This house worked out perfectly for our visit to the area. We went into Washington, D.C. many days and driving in was a breeze from this property. Everything we wanted to see was within a 20 minute drive from the house. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The floors are creaky, but we knew that from another review. The neighborhood is safe and a grocery store is within walking distance.

Stay in Virginia

The shower did not work. The owner did get back to us after several hours and fix the problem. Because of the delay in getting back to us we rented a hotel room. They graciously allowed us to cancel the same day so we were not out any money. In my opinion this property is very mediocre and does not deserve the rating it has on line.

Comfortable for family

We enjoyed our stay and it was very accommodating for a family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, nice to have access to a washer/dryer. Neighborhood was quiet and comfortable and accessible to all you need. Street itself was pretty tight with a lot of street parking that made getting in and out of the driveway challenging so plan accordingly.

Great Stay

This beautiful home was located in a quiet neighborhood and was very close to everything we needed. The home was well kept and clean. We had enough space for a family of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens). Then beds were comfortable and the sheets were all clean. We will definitely stay here again when visiting D.C.

Très bon séjour

La maison est très agréable, calme, bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Proche du centre de Washington en bus. Supermarché à 5 minutes à pied et station service proche si on est en voiture. Le propriétaire nous a alerté rapidement d’un risque de tempête et donc de risque de coupure de courant. Il a été très prévoyant. Je recommande vivement.

Perfect location to DC. Plenty of beds

There were perfect things about this house. Plenty of beds, washer and dryer, wonderful kitchen, driveway parking, clean house and above all - it was THE PERFECT location to visit DC and easy walking distance to bus/metro and grocery store. However, the beds were HARD, the washer and dryer minuscule, and the floors were VERY creaky. We still had a great stay

Conveniently located clean house

We came to DC for 5 days. The house was clean and the mattress I slept on was firm, which I like. It is very close to a bus stop (walking distance) which took us to the Roslyn Metro station. The neighborhood is generally very nice. The landlord responded quickly when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay as a family visiting DC

Our family stayed here over Spring Break while visiting DC. It was a really great location for us. We drove in everyday and parked in a lot close to where we were visiting. However, you could easily take the metro from here. We were able to come back from our long days of traveling and eat a meal without spending over $100 at a restaurant. It was perfect for us. Does just have one bathroom so keep that in mind for your planning.

Great Space and Location

Plenty of space for a family of 5. Well appointed kitchen. Clean and quiet. Only short bus ride to orange line into DC. Walkable to grocery store and other amenities. Short drive to many northern VA attractions.

Great Maywood stay

The house is tiny, but it does have 3 bedrooms. Nice renovated kitchen. Street is very narrow but we already knew the neighborhood so we were not surprised. Very convenient to DC as well as northern Virginia. There are steps up to the front door, but inside it’s all one floor.
