Amenities include private porch, backyard, off-street parking, washer/dryer and walk-in closet. It is located in mid-city Bayou St. John / Esplanade Ridge, walking distance to CC's coffee, Jazz Fest, City Park, restaurants, and only 1.5 miles to Bourbon Street / French Quarter.
