Nice place, clean, safe area south San Pedro by Black Orchid restaurants which has very good food. Great balcony view and nice pool area and walkable beach front for about 1-2miles.

Great house

House was great and clean. Property manager was extremely helpful. It was a bit difficult for us to find at first. The location would be rated higher but the massive pot holes on the dirt road was a big factor. Even taking the road slow, it was a very rough drive.

Great place!

We loved the fact that this place had all the comforts of home. We had all the basic amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, and tv) The only issues we had were the large green and small black towels were new and not washed, so when we used them and washed them, there was green and black lint on us and our laundry. Also, there was a container of what we thought was sugar next to the coffee filters but it was salt! Not sure why there was so much, but there should be a label on the container as we put some our coffee, assuming it was sugar. Finally, the sheets on two of the beds were stained, even though they appeared clean. Overall the experience of staying at Casa Tranquilidad was great and we’d recommend it.

Would stay again

Condo was very well stocked. Everything you could need was in the kitchen. Extra bed linens available and tons of towels, beach and regular. Very clean. Great location. Walkable to a lot of restaurants, and a mini mart. You'll need a cart if you want a big grocery shop, as you'll need to go right into San Pedro. Very Quiet neighborhood. We basically had the pool to ourselves.The dryer has a terrible squeak. So we only ran it when we left the house.( has been reported to vacasa as a repair needed) And communication with vacasa was so so. Some folks were incredibly helpful, and there was one that was incredibly unhelpful and rude, and would not answer a question regarding the exact location. We were headed there, and needed the address, as we would be arriving at night, and they wouldn't tell us how to get there, so we could download it to our GPS map. But then a different person answered my inquiry and was very helpful. Its a bit hard, as addresses aren't really a thing. they use the GPS location. If you get a water taxi, tell them to take you to the 'whattaview' yellow house dock. This house is right beside. (Everyone knows the yellow house)Overall great experience. Would stay here again and would recommend.
