Please note that during the summer months we only rent Saturday - Saturday.

This recently renovated Gulf Front unit features new paint, new flooring, shiplap, and stainless steel appliances. New exercise equipment and paved grill area complete your relaxing getaway! This is one of the best bargains on the beach!

This affordable beachfront condo is right on the beach and has fantastic views of the Gulf. You can enjoy the sunrise and beautiful views from your private beachfront balcony. This unit is on the second floor above the beach.

The Perdido Skye mid-rise is located between the pristine Gulf Island Seashore and the Florida State Park Beach, both famous for gleaming white sand beaches. The location is convenient to a great selection of fine and casual dining.

This unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Recent upgrades/features include:
- Washer/dryer in the unit
- 48’’ flat screen TV
- King sized bed and flat screen TV in the bedroom
- New queen sized sofa sleeper (Please note that there is a 300
lbs weight limit on this sleeper)

My wife loves a condo complex that is not a massive high rise. Perdido Skye fit the bill. The condo’s amenities were excellent. The layout and cleanliness was also top notch. The communication, from Emails to written information at the unit, were very, very good, also. Thank you, very much!

I have stayed at this property at least 5 times. It is alway great, fully stocked with everything you need. This time the host had updated the bathroom. It as very nice with a new vanity and shower inclosure.

We had a wonderful stay in Perdido Key! The condo was exactly as listed - clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. A special shoutout to Kye, who was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Great Condo

We loved our stay. The location was great, convenient to everything, and far less crowded than other condos. We will be staying again. The frozen daiquirs across the street are amazing.

The condo was beautiful and we spent alot of time on the balcony! The kitchen was well stocked with the amenities we needed to eat in and we loved being right on the beach! This was our first experience with a VRBO and we were not disappointed at all!
