This home is nothing short of a museum! And outside, this gem offers guests a convenient gas grill and an outdoor dining area, creating the perfect ambiance for cookouts.

Centrally located just a half-block off Main Street and only a block from the Ivanhoe's steakhouse or the Victorian Inn of Ferndale, this heart-stopping getaway is near to it all! Take a walking tour of the breathtaking architecture; the Gingerbread Mansion is just a block away! There are numerous shops and restaurants literally steps from your front door. Centerville Beach is just a quick drive from Ferndale. Another must-visit that you can literally find across the street is Poppa Joe's! Your visit to Ferndale wouldn't be complete without another time-honored Ferndale tradition: a hot dog at the Red Front Store, which happens to be around the block. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
