Thank you, Sue, for your thoughtful review and for noting how quickly the issue was resolved — I appreciate that. I also appreciate the honest feedback about the kitchen setup. The home has been stocked over time with a variety of commonly requested items so guests have access to things they may need during longer stays, but I understand how that can feel less streamlined for cooking. Your feedback is helpful, and we’re taking steps to better organize and simplify the kitchen going forward. Thank you again for staying with us.
