Large Spacious Luxury Home Great Location!!

Let our spacious Craftsman-style house in the Seaview neighborhood of West Seattle be your home away from home while you explore Seattle and its environs. 3000 square feet of luxury living in a quiet residential neighborhood await you at the end of your day’s activities. We have 3 bedrooms plus den and home gym. The living area features a gourmet kitchen, great room with flat screen TV and casual dining area and breakfast bar.

Outside is our landscaped yard and deck with complete BBQ and outside eating facilities. If you bring your vehicle(s) we have a 2 car garage, but if you prefer to take the bus to downtown or walk to local shops and restaurants, you will find that very convenient also.

We are minutes away from Interstate 5, downtown Seattle and the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, TMobile and Lumen Fields, Seattle waterfront, as well as the closer West Seattle destinations of “the Junction” and Alki Beach.

Large, quiet and well equipped.

Large, neat & clean, and comfortable home that is very well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood and setting. We were happy to have such a nice kitchen to prepare meals at home but I have to admit I was annoyed that I had a list of chores to do upon check out. Having to take out the garbage cans and do the laundry was unexpected.

I'm so glad you enjoyed staying in our vacation rental home and that you were able to make good use of our well-stocked, well-equipped gourmet kitchen, which is a delight to use. As with almost all vacation rentals, we do ask our guests to take out the trash, start the dishwasher, and start one load of laundry before they leave. We're on a tight schedule between guests and this helps the process run smoothly, especially as we try to accommodate special requests for early check-in or late check-out. Thank you for helping out!

Pristine and professional

There are great stays and then properties that surpass expectation. On every level Claire and her home were what we were expecting...and then more. The house is expansive and completely set up for a family. The preparation Claire has put into making the home user friendly is absolute. The neighborhood is cheery and charming and 1/2 mile from a charming set of shopping streets that feel untouched. In a word - perfect

Stellar Seattle Stay

This lovely home is located in West Seattle, making it a central location to enjoy the region's National Parks as well as taking in the highlights of Central Seattle. The house is nestled in a beautiful and very safe neighborhood and has great views of the bay and the distant mountains. Shopping, restaurants and a farmers market were within a short walk from the property. This is an ideal and comfortable place from which to launch a Seattle exploration!

Perfect way to vacation like a local

This place was perfect for our Seattle vacation with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We felt like locals and quickly embraced the West Seattle vibe. The place was clean, had everything we needed, super convenient and had made for a trip we will not forget. The owner was great, very responsive and booking, checking in and checking out was a breeze. Off all the things, the toaster was a highlight, it fascinated everyone and we will be getting one soon!

Great stay

Very clean an up to date house. Nice to be close to downtown Seattle but able to come back to a quiet neighborhood an great accommodating house. Thank you Clair. Pictures an descriptions are right on. Would highly recommend this house

A lovely place to relax and enjoy Seattle

We brought together three separate families to this beautiful location, and each of us marveled at how spacious and welcoming the home is. The house immediately felt familiar and became our home away from home. The kitchen is truly stocked with everything you might need, better than any other home we have visited. The garden is picture perfect, peaceful in the rain and animated with birdsong in the morning. The location is in a section of Seattle worth exploring even if it is a bit of a drive to downtown. Our walk along Alki beach, not far from the house, near sunset was memorable, and next time we will explore the nearby restaurants for sure. Claire is one of the most responsive owners we have ever dealt with, and I really appreciate that. No issues so no worries on vacation! If you want a beautiful spacious home in a quiet home-y neighborhood to relax on some days and to launch you to adventures on the other days, this is a good choice.

Great Family Location

We had a fantastic time at the property in West Seattle. The location is wonderful. There were many restaurants and shops nearby, plus downtown Seattle was only twenty minutes away. It was immaculate inside and had plenty of space for all of us. The booking process was easy and Claire was very responsive to all our questions. The next time we are in Seattle, we will definitely stay here again!

Great fit for our family.

We were a family of 6 in town for a graduation and this home was perfect for our needs. Clean and well stocked, great location, safe and quiet neighborhood, yet near stores , restaurants and the Puget Sound. So glad I found this home! Claire was very professional and responsive to our needs.

Beautiful home, all of the amenities that a person would need while away from home right in the heart of West Seattle. Walking distance to downtown village and to the small beaches. Perfect location!! Highly recommended.

Nice spacious clean home in quite neighborhood.

Very nice clean home in West Seattle area. Close to many good restaurants on California Street. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Seattle. Would stay there again!

Large & Inviting/Centrally Located

Came to Seattle for a family wedding. The house was centrally located to all the West Seattle activities with easy access to Seattle. Quiet and comfortable neighborhood with local restaurants. House was spacious, comfortable and a perfect retreat at the end of the day.

Outstanding location and beautiful home

Home was lovely, comfortable, and in a beautiful location of West Seattle. Loved taking walks around the neighborhood and local parks. Accommodated all our needs and more. Cute shopping area and yummy restaurants near by. Would highly recommend, especially if traveling with other guests.

Great house in a great location!

House was very clean and spacious. It had plenty of everything you would need. Close to shops and restaurants. The house even has tapes, records and books available to use. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possible need. We would definitely stay again!

What an awesome rental!

First off, Claire is an amazing host to work with. She is super patient, very informative and is more than willing to assist with any request you may have. Secondly, I wouldn't change a thing about the rental. You have almost everything you need in the kitchen, the beds were super comfy, the house was warm, spacious, clean, and the house was stocked with your basic traveling necessities. I will be booking this house when I am back to visit!
