When you rent my home in Ballard you can expect complete privacy.

Two off street parking spaces are available to you!

Large fenced in yard. Great for you and your doggo!

Two bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Large well stocked kitchen. Living Room with fireplace. Flex Room with futon that can be made into an additional bed.

This home, conveniently located in Seattle's Ballard Neighborhood, is a true oasis in the city. A great home base for all of your Seattle adventures.

Two off-street parking spaces in front of the home as well as additional free on street parking.

Near two major bus lines for easy access to downtown Ballard and downtown Seattle.

Walkable to nearby grocery, bars and restaurants.

This home is a perfect place for a family of small group of friends. The beds are comfortable, the house is spacious, and overall cozy. Great location, public transportation stops are a short walk and Ballard has a lot to offer. Cole is a fantastic host. We will definitely be staying again the next time we’re in the area.

Our stay was excellent. The location is perfect. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but easy walk to coffee shops, parks, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed sitting out in the yard drinking our coffee in the morning. I would highly recommend stay here!

A cozy gem in Ballard! Just right for our family of 4 with two older kids. Beautiful, walkable neighborhood and very peaceful. We loved the outdoor seating area, and the house was stocked with helpful amenities. Highly recommend!

Staying here was amazing! The house is so clean. The neighborhood is so quiet with so many cute stores and great park nearby! Also, there are cute cats. We were walking around and pet many. We also hoped to see Jimothy but havent had the chance. The house has the best spot to see him. Next time! The parking was plenty. The house is so full and well equipped. Absolutely love it! Will stay again soon when we come back to Seattle

Location and accommodations were wonderful! Super cute neighborhood and the house was charming. Very clean and exactly as described. Bedding was comfortable and the persons touches in the welcoming book and throughout the house were great. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay and very comfortable. Home was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. There were lots of nice touches throughout, including a nice welcome card and thorough home/neighborhood informational guide. Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shops.

Cole was so great as a host, very responsive and willing to work with us on timing adjustments. The house was super cute and worked great for our needs. The off street parking was a big plus. Highly recommend!

The host had the house decorated for Christmas and left out little Christmas treats for us. The house was lovely and the petfect size for us. We would happily stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Cole's place. The house is clean and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a designated secure parking spot on the driveway. We would stay again if we visit again.

Our stay was fantastic, the home and property exceeded our expectations. The host was very available and helpful. Highly recommend this place for your Seattle visit. Off street parking is a very nice perk not often seen in the area.
