The location was great, we loved having easy access to the beach. Communication with the host was great, they were always quick to respond. It wasn’t the cleanest place but for how much time we spent there it was fine. Most of our time was spent on the beach.

Perfect place for beach access, great outdoor space and deck area. Love the updated kitchen. Loved the sleeping bunks for the kids!

Pictures loook a lot better than when we arrived. Coach was torn , upstairs restroom knob to turn the heat was broken couldn’t adjust. Overall the place seemed outdated “used”. Area location was good.

Perfect beach home

This was a perfect beach home for us. We loved that you can just open the back door and walk down to the beach. Everything was very clean, and lots of kitchen tools were provided. We definitely will be renting again.

Family stay

The back door wouldn’t lock and they need to bleach the showers and let it sit to get the cracks clean. Other than that it was a great property. Excellent location overall especially for the beach to relax. I would book this property again.

Amazing location

Had some things break or were broken when we checked in, but maintenence was easy to contact and fixed everything quickly. The view was amazing from both floors. Could have been stocked with more toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels for a family staying a week.

Spring break with two teenagers

Renting and checkin was seamless. The place was very nice and super convenient to the beach. We used the fire pit on the cool nights which was really great. The couch was super uncomfortable which we read in a past review but it worked fine for our purposes. Really nice. Check out was easy with not too many requirements. Great stay

Walk to the beach, no elevators

Older unit but had been remodeled. Comfortable and really enjoyed not having to fight to get an elevator. Townhouse with just steps to the beach. Loved the firepit area and the incredible sunsets.

Klaus house 2

Beautiful property, the shower in the second bathroom wouldn’t change temps, the stairs definitely need to be wider or you will fall down them, my 17 year old daughter did but the property is beautiful, the house had enough room for all of us and I loved the ease of walking out onto the beach. It was a fantastic trip and would definitely stay again!

Great Location

The location is great. The house floorplan worked well for our family. 3 bathrooms was nice. Outdoor patio is nice with part covered and part open. Patio furniture was not real comfortable but adequate. The kitchen is nice, but I could not have cooked much for family of 6 with the small pots and pans

Upon arrival, we noticed a strong smell of overly used air freshener. The living room does not have any pull out couches, it has a rock hard futon. Two of the people staying with us had to find somewhere else to stay, which was hard due to Jeep Jam. The shower in the second bedroom only has hot water and is unusable. One of the days we were there it rained all day. The windows on the stairway leaked badly. There was several steady drips of water all day. We had to put towels down and keep changing them out throughout the day.We came back to the unit one day to find someone parked in our parking spot. I called the property manager. She said she would call everyone in the neighboring units and see who's car it was. She never contacted me back. We were left to figure out the parking situation on our own.Unit is very damp. There is one dehumidifier in the dining room but could use a few more

Klaus House

The location and views are great! A bonus is having three showers with a large group. The house wasn’t as clean as I would have expected it to be. We contacted the management property and they were very helpful and ready to rectify the issues we had.
