Gulf Front Townhome on Quiet Beach near 30A

Location, location, location! The absolute BEST townhome in Ramsgate Harbour, hands down! This renovated 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome is located close to 30A and all the attractions but still in a quiet area with no high rises and very little traffic. Enjoy expansive views of the beach and emerald waters while catching the sunrises and spectacular sunsets from your 2 beachside balconies. Beach Service is also provided with two chairs and an umbrella set up for you each morning. This unit boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms as well as dual shower heads in master bath. Ramsgate Harbour E11 is close to all the shopping and dining on 30A but still far enough away to be able to relax on a quiet beach. You can also enjoy your coffee in the mornings on a private balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the emerald waters of the gulf and dine in the evenings on the balcony off the living room.
Condo is equipped with free wifi, full kitchen, cable tv, community swimming pool, area to grill, and everything a family of up to 6 would need for a trip to the beach.

Beautiful property. Great location. Condo had all the necessities needed and then more. Beds were super comfortable. Beach towels were amazing and plenty of them. Washer and dryer were top notch. We will be back for sure. Heath was an amazing host. Super nice gliding chairs on the balcony with an even better view of the ocean.

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. We had plenty of pots, pans and dishes to cook dinners every night. The shower was amazing and the beds were comfortable with soft sheets. The best part was the balcony. The furniture on the balcony was new and comfortable with rockers, tables and plenty of chairs. The view was absolutely stunning and we spent every night out on the balcony with a glass of wine. The location was great with close proximity to Aldi and Publix. The beach was amazing and very private. We loved having beach chairs and an umbrella set up for us every day. I’ve stayed at many properties and this one exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful property incredibly close to the beach. Included beach chairs and umbrella were a very nice perk. Quiet strip of beach was exactly what we wanted.

This place was great from start to finish! The condo is up to date and very clean. The owners obviously take pride in what they have. I will warn you though (and no fault) that there are about 30 stairs to go up and down. So if you have anyone in your party that struggles please consider that. I give this place an A!

We had a great experience at this property and with Heath, the owner. We were accommodated at every turn, and the townhome was updated, modern, and very clean. The views are amazing, and you even get chair service daily. Our 8 year old wants to move here! I don’t know about that, but we would love to return ASAP.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay at this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo in Ram’s Harbor. The location was ideal — close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The views of the Gulf were absolutely incredible, and we really appreciated the included beach chairs for relaxing by the water. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal retreat!

Our stay at this beach home was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach with breathtaking views and the sound of the waves right outside. We especially loved the cozy patio and how comfortable and welcoming the home felt from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like our own little slice of paradise.We came to celebrate a special occasion, and this place made it even more memorable. Ramsgate is very nice and family oriented, Owners are super nice and quick to respond. Unit was very comfortable and we lacked for nothing.

Our new favorite!

We really loved staying in this townhome. This is the 2nd year we've stayed at Ramsgate Harbour. This place had everything we needed vs the one we stayed in last year. We had a great family vacation. Our toddler loved the little bed under the stairs.

Awesome updated townhome

Had a great stay, albeit short with Hurricane Helene landing during our stay. Everything was good. Lots of nice touches you don’t get elsewhere like beach towels, hair ties, beach chairs, yeti drinkware and plenty of hot water. We will be back!

Great Stay!

Great location close to 30A. The beach service and access were very convenient, pool was great too. Condo was stocked with everything you need. The property was just as listed in the description. Thanks Heath and Mary for a wonderful stay! 😎

Fantastic Property! Quiet, Friendly, and Absolutely Beautiful!!

The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed and even a few things we didn't know we needed. We loved the area. It felt safe and comfortable. The property owners were extremely friendly and easy to get in touch with. We've already booked again for next year! Thanks for a great family weekend. 😊

Great Condo

We’ve been going to Florida for years and this was easily our favorite condo. Everything was great. The patio furniture made it enjoyable to sit on the patio and watch the beach. The beds were very comfortable. We went the week of the 4th of July and expected a crowded beach. That wasn’t the case and we had plenty of room. We’ll definitely come back.

Absolutely Amazing Condo!

Oh my goodness, this property was incredible! Starting with the decorations inside, it is beautifully decorated, with plenty of seating for my family of six. My younger children really loved the nook in the living room, that was a really cool touch. As for the location, you could not ask for a better spot, literally directly on the beach so anytime we wanted to swim or collect shells we could easily walk downstairs. The owner Heath was always available responded quickly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay

This was our first-time at Ramsgate Harbour and we were very pleased. Parking was easy and close to, if not right under, the townhouse. Easy walk up the stairs (depending on the weight of your luggage) and you walk in and see that beautiful view of the water. Place was very clean and quiet. The chairs and umbrella that Heath provided (set up on the beach each morning) just made for perfection. The beach was never crowded. The townhouse setup is nice so my wife could sleep in upstairs and i could come down and sit on the deck or head out for an early morning stroll on the beach. We are planning our trip for next year.

Perfect Location, Wonderful Host, Updated Accomodations

What a treat it was to stay at "Tequila Little Time"! We were looking for a quiet beach and comfortable home to spend the week as a family and it was perfect! Access to the beach was easy, down 2 flights of stairs and the beach was right there. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook in pretty much every night. Lots of little "extras" were a nice suprise...tons of beach towels provided in addition to all the regular linens, hand soap in all the bathrooms, cozy blankets for the sofa, to name a few. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella inluded in the rental and set up each day was a great treat as well! The furniture was all comfortable and clean - we ate dinner at the table on the patio every night with fabulous views of the sunset. Beds were comfortable and we were well rested for our long days on the beach. Communication was great - Heath was in touch beore we arrived and available for questions throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My wife and I love the water. During the spring and summer we live on a 65ft Jamestowner boat and in the winters we live at our lovely condo Ramsgate Harbour E11. We find the area very peaceful and love being near the water at all times.

The area meets all of our requirements. Great dining, shopping, attractions for the kids, fantastic views, and not crowded. There are lots of things to do and plenty of recreational activities as well at nearby Lake Powell.
