This Tommy Bahama inspired condo is just what a beach vacation needs. Cool tile and warm wood floors welcome you after your daily excursions and the stainless appliances will welcome your daily use in style.

A king bed in the bedroom will have sugar plums dancing in your head and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room will accommodate the rest of your crew. Both TV’s are flat screen and the bedroom TV is for movie watching. Beachwood Villas offers a family friendly complex featuring tennis courts, two pools (1 heated, subject to dates and temperature), beautiful court yard and shuffleboard. With beach access just steps away you can enjoy our beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water!

Make sure you check out our local shops and restaurants all within walking distance!

Super Spot for a 30A Beach Vacation

Great Short Term Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed two nights in Seagrove and came upon this condo. Absolutely one of the greatest deals we’ve come across. We look forward to coming back next year for a longer visit. Would have loved an interactive tv in the living room but enjoyed one in the bedroom. Great spot, close access to the beach and all amenities in the area.

Comfortable and cute condo

The condo is clean and the decor is very nice. Easy beach access. King size bed and pull out couch sleeps our family of 4 comfortably.

Beautiful Condo at a Fabulous Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at this property and first time staying at Santa Rosa Beach. The condo was spacious for the two of us and very clean. The property is not directly on the beach, but the beach was only a short walk away. The condo has a nice, large balcony that we enjoyed each day. Additionally, we liked that the door to the unit was a key pad so there was no physical key to keep up with. We would definitely stay her again!

We enjoyed our stay and location of Beachwood Villas!

As always the property was very clean and looked just like the photos! It’s very close to beach entrance. This is the 5th time we have stayed at this property over the last 3 years!
