Steps to 30A & beach with all the comfort of home including a washer & dryer!

Dogwood Dunes is our home away from home and we hope it becomes yours! Please come relax in this newly renovated and glamorously designed condo with a washer and dryer in the unit! Dogwood Dunes sleeps six with an adjustable, king size bed in the bedroom, two XL twin bunks large enough to for an adult to comfortably sleep and a queen pull out sofa. We also provide our guests with linens including bath towels and beach towels, as well as beach equipment including a beach wagon, Tommy Bahama chairs, cooler, beach toys and more! For those interested in renting bikes to travel to Seaside, Watercolor or other nearby beaches Big Fish Bike Rentals offers all our guests a discounted rate on bikes and baby gear rentals through your stay.
For indoor entertainment, we provide our guests with YouTube TV, Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu on both TVs. The bedroom TV also has local cable television channels. Google home is located in the den and bedroom. Just say, "Hey Google" for daily weather reports, songs, joke of the day and more! Additionally, there is a wide variety of books, DVDs and games located in the den cabinet.
Enjoy the beautifully landscaped views of Beachwood Villas property from our second story porch. Our condo is conveniently located across the street from the Beachwood Villas public beach access, meaning there is only a four minute walk between you and the beach! This affordable vacation home will not leave you wanting for more.

Amazing location and quality of place for the price. Lauren, the host, was very prompt in her communication and made sure the check in and check out went as smoothly as possible. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The condo was clean, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of pillows & linens, and comfortable & roomy king sized bed. Easy walk to beach with plenty of restaurants & shopping all around. This was a perfect place for a girls trip for me & my daughter to celebrate her graduation from nursing school!

Everything was steller. We definitely would stay here again and the owner was perfect with communication. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook.The location was perfect for beach access.The property was clean and the pool was very nice.

Such a great location with EASY and QUICK beach access!! Highly recommended for an affordable, clean and cozy beach visit that you can reconnect with loved one's (especially teenagers) Everything was even better than stated in the listing and the owner communicated exceptionally well!! Zero issues during our stay but communication was above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable!! Perfect getaway with a perfect host!! We'll be back!!!

Condo was lovely and we enjoyed several days at the beach, riding bikes and eating at lovely nearby restaurants. Everything was just as described, the kitchen was well appointed and the beach was just a short walk across the street. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and how quiet it was. Would highly recommend this condo!

Great condo

This was a great place to stay. Close to the beach and very clean and comfortable for our group of 3. The outside porch was also great to sit on and the provided beach chairs were great as well.

Great location, great property

Thanks for such a fun stay. Super clean, super convenient, we have stayed twice and each time was wonderful. Great for a couple or family with small children. Walk to the beach is quick and safe with public beach access just across 30A.

Great place to stay.

We loved staying here. Owner has everything you need for your stay. Including tons of beach equipment. Perfect little spot to stay with your family. Lauren was super responsive. They have thought of everything you need to make your stay easy and relaxing.

My husband and I grew up visiting the Florida Panhandle and feel very blessed to now be able to call it our home away from home. We hope all of our guests feel right at home as well!
