If you're looking for a cozy beach getaway in the heart of Seaside, Margarita Days is the perfect place to stay. This charming two-story cottage is tucked behind Bella Vista on Tupelo Street and is ideal for couples or small families. Sleeping up to 4 guests, you'll be just steps from the Tupelo Pavilion beach access, Seaside's private pool, fitness center, shops, restaurants, and everything that makes 30A so special.

Your Space
The cottage is thoughtfully designed to make the most of its comfortable layout. The first floor features a queen bedroom and a full bathroom, providing a peaceful place to unwind after a day at the beach. Upstairs, you'll find an open living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light. The living room includes a sleeper sofa that's best suited for up to two children, while the private balcony nestled among the trees offers a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected whether you're planning your next beach day or relaxing indoors.

The Tupelo Pavilion is just a few steps from the unspoiled sugar-white sand beach, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine. Relax by the Gulf, take a refreshing swim, or enjoy access to Seaside's private pool and fitness facilities during your stay.

Your stay at Margarita Days comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Please Note: Complimentary Xplorie activities are only available for reservations of 1–28 consecutive nights. Stays of 29 nights or longer are not eligible for these complimentary activities.

Everything about the property was as advertised. However, there was a plumbing issue that was not resolved. We couldn’t use the only toilet in the house for the duration of the stay.

Clean and tidy! Cute. Parking info was not clear and not marked for the shared alley. Trash disposal was also not clear on where to put it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented the house for 5 nights in August. It was clean and in an excellent location. It was about a 1 minute walk to the beach access and about a 4 minute walk to the adult pool. The pool was clean and refreshing. It was great that the beach access passes and passes to the pools and fitness center were included with this rental. It would be nice to have 2 house keys instead of just one. Also, having beach chairs, an umbrella , and bikes would have been very convenient instead of paying a lot of money to rent all of them.

The place was very clean. The only issue we had was the first night. We didn’t get there till after dark and the instructions said behind the red house. We were walking around in peoples yard with flashlights looking for how to get to the place. After driving around the block we found a driveway between two houses on the main road that went back to this house and 3 others. Instructions should have said down driveway and not just behind red house.

Great location and cozy space

My husband and two kids and I enjoyed our stay. It’s a small space but we were across the street at the beach or in the Seaside square most of the trip. We loved it. Having access to the private beach was a big bonus.

Cozy house near the beach

My family and I enjoyed the house , it has everything you need for your stay and it was well maintained. Conveniently located, walk 2 minutes and you are at the beach which we enjoyed every day!! A lot of options for food and snacks without driving. We had a great 4th of July weekend!!

Cozy beach cottage

Great property with a perfect location, everything is walkable - the seaside shops, the beach, restaurants. You just park your car and get around easily on foot. It's small and quaint, is perfect for 2 and has everything you need for a comfortable getaway.

Great Stay

Family Vacation from Texas

Perfect location , easy access to the beach and food vendors in town. There was no need for a golf cart. We had a great time! Maintenance was timely and fixed any issues. All in all a great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I liked the location. You could walk to get anything you needed in Seaside. The rental seemed turned around.... You opened the sliders to the bedroom and upstairs was the kitchenette and living room. It needed some updating, but it’s true what they say location, location, location.

Margarita Days Did Not Disappoint

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, location, location! This cottage was in a great location close to town square and right next to the beach! It was just enough space for my mom and I to stay for a long weekend and they had all the supplies you needed in a quaint cottage!
