This home is perfect for young families with its easy walk to the beach or a one block walk to the Seaside Amphitheater for family entertainment, and you can walk to over 40 shops and restaurants steps from your front door!

You access this guest cottage down a sandy footpath and are greeted with bistro seating off the front door perfect for your morning coffee. Step inside and this cottage has lots of airy light and an open floor plan down. The kitchen has all the conveniences for a quick getaway; a full-size dishwasher, undermount refrigerator, microwave, a Keurig and coffee maker, and a 2-burner electrical stove top with oven. There is adjacent dining area for two, a queen sleeper sofa, storage, and a cabinet with a flat screen TV inside.

The spiral staircase leads leads to the queen primary bedroom with ensuite renovated bath on the second floor. The queen bedroom has a wall of windows that provide slight glimpses of the gulf directly across the street from your bedroom! There is a wall mounted flat screen TV, and the newly updated ensuite bathroom features a marble single vanity, mirror, and a glass enclosed walk in shower. Just off the primary is an open-air balcony with bar seating for two overlooking the foot path.

Additional bonuses are a full-size stackable washer and dryer in a laundry closet on the first floor and an outdoor shower off the front deck.
